What a joke of a company! Do not use. I had 2 treadmills to send back from amazon. First they never turned up then i re booked, they don’t turn up and parcel monkey didn’t seem to care at all even though they were happy to take my money! In the end I just went straight to delivery company bypassing parcel monkey and got it picked up the same day and it was cheeper! Will never use parcel monkey again, recommend people bypass them all together

The package was collected on the designated day and delivered on schedule at the other end of the country - from Fife to Hampshire. Reasonable price and no complaints.

Chose to go with Parcel Monkey for collection and delivery to Australia in 3 to 5 days. However, my son in Australia had an email from Parcel Monkey to say delivery would be 12 days later. Not happy, though it may be due to Australian postal service....so three stars for notice of collection time, but no more because of length of time for delivery

I’ve sent two parcels to Nigeria and so far I’ve had zero issues or problems. In fact both have arrived earlier than expected.

Good price but apparently you get what you pay for.. The initial collection by Parcel Force was fast and efficient, however 1 parcel was returned to the initial pick up point two days later, as PM had provided the courier with the wrong label and the courier couldnt do anything until PM printed a new one. Two weeks later I am still awaiting a solution, while the only means of communication is a message -no phone number whatsoever... the box is still at my old address, while I ve moved miles away :((

Great service, estimated delivery to Cyprus was Wednesday, actually arrived the Saturday before, so only took 4 days to get there.

Such a easy system to use.
Select your parcel size and destination and how much youre wanting to pay.
Most couriers want destination contact phone numbers and emails, this is not always easy to get.
Used PM about 5 times now, never had an issue.

So it turns out that Parcel Monkey are just a middle man with a complete lack of accountability. Even worse, their so called liability packages dont actually provide you with any additional cover! They were more than to extort £66 from me to take a deliver a reinforced 6mm glass shower (I paid an additional £19.99), but once it gets smashed.. hey, did you know thats the delivery companies fault and we dont cover for anything that starts with the letters beginning with A right through to Z. N.B. They will not even offer to cover the delivery fee or refund any so called liability fee. Lesson firmly learnt, that they have no moral compass. I will never use these con-artists again, and I will on a regular basis, urge others not to do so either.

They were ok, the biggest issue we had was fobbing off the issue of the driver turning up till tomorrow. This is quite frustrating when you have taken the day off work to wait for a pick up.
