Used Parcel Monkey 3 or 4 times now. Never had a problem. Collected from UK as arranged and delivered to Spain in good condition on the day specified.

Missed collection ? 3 people at home at time of said attempted collection and no calling card left to inform me of that. So i waited untill 5 pm to contact parcel force to ask where driver was to be informed by them that I had missed him ..wholly unacceptable.

Always use parcel monkey when sending a large item. Took this particular parcel to post office and would have been £34!!!! Sent with parcel monkey and was just over £12!! Parcel was sent to Spain and I was given tracking and had regular updates if its whereabouts and delivery date and time! 5 ⭐️

I found the set up really easy, however my circumstances changed at the last minute and there was no way to contact Parcel Monkey apart from me going round and round in circles on the questions page! I was very frustrated there was’nt a number of the driver to call or even a customer service assistant. The collection man was lovely though and was nice and early.

I have always had good experience with parclemonkey but this time I was dissapointed, two parcels were collected and each was dropped at different days!
No explanation by parcelforce till I phoned them to be told that they had the other parcel in the hub and will be delivered the following day.

Tracking number PM7031264 Please escalate to your manager. Tell them to see @Paulwilding1W, one useless “claim” online chat thread and one useless “customer service” online chat thread. Day 54 now. @ParcelMonkey are in breach of consumer law. Sorry that you have to do this pretend customer “service” job - you deserve better.

After booking an international shipment from London Uk to Germany and dropping off the parcel at a drop-off point, the parcel was logged but not collected. It sat there for 6 days until I flagged this with them. The parcel was meant to arrive urgently within 3 days. The online chat service delivered little to no customer service as they are third party providers and every communication with the nominated courier company takes 24-28 hours to confirm. No assistance or sense of urgency from them even though they had failed miserably on delivering the service that was paid for. I will go direct with the courier firms from now on to get direct and more prompt assistance.

I received an email stating I was being charged extra for my shipment as it was double the weight! My parcel was definitely 20kg as I have sent the same parcel before. Parcel monkey decided to charge me for 40kg! I would have needed assistance to lift a box that size if it were 40 kg. No way I made an error in weight having sent several of these shipments before. I have received no answer from their customer service since being charged. I wont use them again.
