I like that the service is hassle free however at times it’s tough to get any employee to reply on my concern. Like while traveling, we dnt have weighing machine, printer to print the documents

Waited in allday even contacted parcel monkey to see if could tell me possible delivery time and was unhelpful and didnt collect so got to now wait till monday ( 4 days eben though ment to be next day collect ) not happy at all !!!!!

Poor service and customer service have no clue what they are doing, i asked about the status of the order and they cancelled it, when challenging them they were unhelpful. Stay away.

I specifically chose next day delivery before 12pm to be able to have an important document arrive before a holiday. Now nearly a week later the item has still not been delivered and the delivery company says it is parcel monkey who I should speak to regarding compensation

Delivery not collected no communication from company regarding progress and no ability to speak to anybody it’s all online and the only option was to reschedule the collection (who knows if this will even be picked up!) no option online for a refund when in fact they have breached their terms of contract. Do not use!!!

This site is fast, efficient and really easy to use. I have used Parcel Monkey a number of times and always found a choice of services that I can use that deliver on time. Documentation always comes through quickly, so that we can despatch parcels in good time.

Buggy website. Parcels not collected on time. Delivered late. No compensation. Advertise next day service but in reality it is "up to 5 days". Shame as they offer reasonable prices - but are not reliable enough for a small business.

Disapointing. Booked Parcelforce 24 hour Express. Was delivered a day late. Parcel force didnt want to know and refered me back to Parcelmonkey. They didnt want to know either. Result:- I am out of pocket as I have to refund the difference to angry customer.
