Absolutely dreadful... Booked pickup over 3 times over the course of 9 days. It never got picked up, couldnt speak to anyone. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

Parcel not collected on time (again) the only response from parcel monkey (again) is - not our problem. You want to take the payments for parcels but not the responsibility when something goes wrong

Parcel Monkey are an absolute joke and you should avoid them at all cost!! I sent a Bureau with them and they have completely lost it. Now it’s not them losing the Bureau that has really annoyed me, even though it has cost me a lost sale and a very disappointed customer. But it is their total lack of customer service. They only have a live chat option which nobody ever responds to. They have lost my parcel yet it’s me doing all the work to try and find it!

I purchased a Parcelforce guaranteed by noon delivery. I am told by Parcelforce that the package missed the trailer and will not be delivered for at least another 24 hrs. The Parcel monkey website has a Chat service which invited me to chat to a representative. So I type my message and wait, and wait and wait. Their system says “ we should reply in a few moments”. But I was waiting 20 mins and despite their system suggesting that Support was online with 22 + representatives available no response was ever received. After 25 mins of waiting and still being told they would just be a few moments I disconnected. So be warned. If anything goes wrong with your delivery you are on your own. Support from Parcel Monkey is non existent. I will never use them again, I suggest you think twice before using them too.

Awful service. Sent package in November and it still hasn’t arrived. Asked about it loads of times they said they were waiting to hear back now they said it was sent back to me in Jan! Don’t deal with these middle men go direct to the couriers. Don’t use this service

I have used Parcel Monkey for many years to send both to relatives in Norway and to U.K.and have never had other than a first class and prompt service.I have used our large local Post Office twice in the last few weeks and on both occasions have had to queue for over 30 minutes as there was only one assistant and so Parcel Monkey has a much added benefit from providing a door to door service.
My latest parcel was collected from Gloucestershire at 5.oo p m and arrived in Devon the following day by noon.Whatmore can one ask and at cheap price?
