Not good when tracking reverts after 4 days saying its back at the Post office you shipped it from, clearly a glitch in system but not good as a customer, appears to be back in Italy !! Thanks for my time I wasted chasing things!

I use Parcel monkey. Had one bad experience when goods arrived damaged. Still trying to resolve problem. Evon though there was a £60 insurance on goods. Didnt look good for my reputation as a seller..

Used them 3 times. twice excellent.on one occasion took a while to get to destination abroad.but it got there .it was Christmas so if sending at Christmas give a bit extra time as Spanish delivery where very busy

First time using Parcel Monkey and was a bit wary as to how their prices could be so low for Parcel Force against booking direct, but all good and no issues with booking, collecting or delivery.

Worst company ever dealt with. I’ve been chasing for me parcel since 6th February and despite contacting them on a number of occasions no one has bothered to contact me. The company has no call centre apart from few an online agent(s) based overseas who doesnt know anything

Booked a 3 day tracked service tracking don’t work 9 days later still no sign of parcel try to sort it out and only online chat available with someone who asks the same question that has nothing to do with the shipping absolutely a lot of rubbish avoid

Terrible communication, no phone customer service just Julia on live chat, the most inhumane system with absolutely no idea of how to keep loyal customers who have spent thousands with them over the last few years. We wont be using Parcel Monkey again and will go directly to a courier.

Actual service from ParcelMonkey was really good. However the recipient in Switzerland was charged 24 cfh as a customs charge with the value of the parcel being over 60 Cfh. Parcel Monkey’s service should have informed me of this as I would have then split the package into two parcels. This was terribly embarrassing for me with the recipient. I’m not impressed. We have been using Parcels2go for a long time but their prices have started to creep up especially insurance prices. So we searched for an alternative and found Parcel Monkey. The way they work out the insurance is much cheaper for us and the cost to send a parcel with the same courier (Parcelforce) is slightly cheaper. The only thing I dont like is having to wait for the labels to arrive via email from the courier, this is a little irritating when youre in a hurry. Other than that, all is good and we shall continue to use their services.

10 weeks gone and Parcel Monkey have still not contacted us after they “delivered” 3 composite front and back doors all very badly damaged and 2 with no handles, spindles or keys. We have contacted them over 20 times now but BE AWARE, Parcel Monkey have NO PHONE LINES and do not answer/reply to any correspondence, e mails or texts, DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY

My package arrived to Australia from London within 5 days, and I immediately received an email on arrival as more information was required. This was all resolved incredibly quickly, and my package was delivered in less than 2 days after that. Very impressed with the service.
