THIEVES! THIEVES! THIEVES! I will never use Parcel Monkey again, I had to take my parcel my self to a Courier office as they never collected after numerous arranged collection dates, onlyI then for it to be returned and for myself to pick back up! This cost me £52 plus taxi fares to and from the Courier office..... STICK TO NORMAL POSTAL SERVICE.

Initially the process of arranging for the parcel to be delivered was quite good, however you have sent me this survey and I have not received the parcel yet????? Which means to give an accurate amount of feedback is not do able, perhaps send survey on service once the service has been completed. I just hope my parcel is not lost???

Ive used Parcel Monkey several times to send parcels out to my family in NZ and cant fault the service. The parcels are collected on schedule and can be tracked both by the sender and the recipient so my son is able to see when they will arrive. Prices are competitive and I have recommended Parcel Monkey to friends and other family members.

The driver that have to pick up the package dont have the mobile to communicate with you before collection so you have to wait all day there. When some inconvenience appears they are not helpful at all, and you even can talk just chat live and is very unhelpful.... And now my package is hold in destination because they dont receive the payment yet... ???????????????? and not one attends in weekends. ????????. So terrible

I research which is best cheap sent parcel from my house to Philippines. This company is bit cheaper.. They deal with DPD. So they another courier. It was engagement ring inside parcel. So DPD delivery to Philippines but custom house hold parcel in Philippines that my fiancee have to come custom house and have to paid Tax £33. She wait in office for 6 hours and took 3 hours travel go there and back. Total ;9 hours to collect parcel. Parcel Monkey didnot tell me about it. They refused refund me £33,

Price is extremely good value. Only complaint is that no system for driver to message with time slot and it’s a long time window. 8am-6pm. Had to pop out and left note on the door to collect from neighbour. This was carried out with no issues. Overall good service

Parcel Monkey was easy to use and would recommend.
Only issue was that the DPD website advised that the parcel, after having been despatched, would arrive later than original date by 5 days (on a 5 day transit). Although it did eventually (without warning) arrive on time.

Having originally booked a collection with TNT who did not turn up, i booked a collection through Parcel Monkey. Very easy to use, great value and most importantly the Parcel Force driver arrived, was very polite and helpful. Excellent service. Avoid any courier with TNT in the title!

Disgusted wasted an entire day for nothing but to lose business and money . Extremely frustrated and angry cant seem to be able to contact anyone . If you value your business and time give these guys a miss . Waited by the door for twelve hours for no one to turn up . When I report just get told to reboot.
