Booked pickup for Monday: picked up on Tuesday. Promised for Wednesday delivery: delivered on Thursday. I paid for pickup; sender printed out labels as requested. Driver arrived with own labels. Driver who delivered package to me did apologise for the delay. Nobody else from courier co. has anything to say about charging me for 24-hour service and not delivering as promised. Other than this, everything is just luvly.

Extremely terrible service. I’m sure they’ve lost my parcel and despite chasing for over 6 weeks no one has bothered to call me. I feel totally helpless as I can’t contact them directly as they don’t offer this facility. I’m seriously thinking of taking a legal route against monkey’s business.

Terrible. They lose your parcel and will not give a phone number to call. It has been 3 weeks for what was meant to be a 3 day service. Still hasn’t arrived.

First time user. Sent a parcel to Sweden. It took less than a week. Tracked it all the way. Very reasonable priced. I am well impressed and definitely will be using again ..

Parcel arrived wet at the bottom and had been taped up. Some of the contents ( protein packs ) were missing. Inside was damp through double walled cardboard as if left standing in a puddle.

I have awarded 4 stars as the parcel was due to be collected on Friday but the parcel was not collected until Monday which DPD did text me to say what time the parcel would be collect, and the parcel has been collected. I think the service works well but it was the delivery company that wasnt on time.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for parcel delivery! Been a customer just over a year & sent multiple boxes full of items to france only ever had 1 issue which was disappointing but that was a 1 off i aways choose DPD as carrier where possible & find the service top rate. Looking to send things overseas to places that use DPD as a courier I highly recommend using them via parcel monkey!
