Excellent service! I used parcelmonkey to send a parcel from england to zambia(Africa)and it reached there safely in just 3 days!how amazing is that. Usually,other couriers take upto 7 days and with the quote they gave me it was quite reasonable and worth it. I’d use their service again. The only thing which was a let down is the tracking. Its not very clear,i had to keep chasing it on the live chat but overall great service. Try it you wont be disappointed. The best so far compared to other international courier websites. I used Parcel Monkey to search for the best deals to sending my grand daughters birthday present from Knaresborough in North Yorkshire to Budapest Hungary. The most reasonable company was Parcel Force, it took five days which included a weekend.
A first class service from both Parcel Monkey and Parcel Force.

To follow instructions.easy to print labels,and the cost was reasonable.
Driver collected as predicted,and was extremely helpful,and lifted the box himself.
Well turned out with his uniform which is good for the company image.

Never thought I would need a ‘system’ to send a parcel but I did and ParcelMonkey was a revelation. Easy to use and perfect at finding the right solution between speed and £££££. The service I chose picked up from my door and allowed me to track the journey. Perfect A++++

Go for any service other than the next day delivery service. You pay extra for nothing. It is an easy way for Parcelmonkey to make free money from you without offering service. I paid extra for next day delivery service as I needed to deliver my parcels urgently. My parcels ended up staying in the depot for 2 days. It took almost 4 days to reach final destination and all way through there was no tracking information. Compensation or good will gesture was denied. I would have been better off buying 48 hours or so service or better yet went direct to the courier. Parcel Monkey are very untrustworthy. Watch out for the hidden T&C’s that are there to take advantage of the customer as is my case.

I and husband have been married for over 12 years now and i have been absolutely what any man can wish for. We both make a good income and we are also blessed with 2kids but I never knew he had a kid out there for 6 years now. Here i became so broken,I had to file a divorce which with the help of my programmer, CYBERSPYCLOWN @ GMAIL COM was able to get all the evidence i need to take down my Devil of a husband. Thank God i am way over all that now but it is never an easy experience. Sending parcels over to Northern Ireland is as easy as taking them down to the Post Office for us. We use Parcel Monkey to provide us with a number of options ranging selecting from different companies to either Drop off at a Post Office, or Local Shop, to Collection from our Warehouse. This is great as we often leave work part way through the afternoon and take our parcels with us - therefore, not having to wait around for a collection.
