Getting much better a lot of companies sent you a text to let you know round about what time your parcel should arrive Id like to see this happening instead of waiting the person around to collect parcel its getting better in the way the parcels seems to be arriving in better condition then previously so not throwing about is appreciated

Based on this particular order I have given 5 stars, because I was able to send my large parcel by Royal Mail with very competetive price.
However when I tried to use the service again, the prices were extremely high.

Easy booking with excellent price / service from UK to France.
It would have taken 2 days for a 20Kg parcel to reach me in France, except that the local delivery service (the French Post Office) decided to deliver it to a local collection point.

I paid for a 2-4 day service, which we despatched on Tuesday, expecting a Monday delivery date at the latest. Parcel Monkey gave us Tuesday, which was not a problem as the parcel was due to go to India. It is not Friday and no one is able to tell me what is happening with the delivery - 10 days later I wish I had not sent the documents through this service as the CS support I have received has been far from exemplary and it is like pulling teeth speaking to "chat bot" like agents. Would not recommend!!

Booked in a parcel to be collected and it has not been picked up as the van broke down, rebooked didnt collect again ! how many times ! and they dont just rebook you ! I had to waste time doing it ! waste of time stay away

I used to send with Parcel Monkey before. I was dropping off the parcel at local shop and within 4-5 days it was in Poland or Czech Republic. Recently I have sent a package on Friday - it was picked up on Monday, held to wndirect, then to inpost in poland which is redirecting and changing my parcel numbers multiple times. What the hell happened to this service? It is already 8 days and undelivered.

parcel monkey is top of my list for arranging couriers its simple to use and they are very competitive, Ive used Hermes and the like before who may be cheaper but the service is apauling. So look no further than Parcel Monkey use with confidence.

Have been let down on multiple occasions, due to that I let my customers down. The only thing I was able to read, as they only offer email/chat services at the moment, was that theyre sorry and there are no options available.

I had a nightmare. I couldn’t talk to anyone on the phone and the form used to submit a query online had an infuriating glitch which meant I couldn’t communicate in any way.Also the tracking details couldn’t be cut and pasted into the eBay tracking box. Awful

Still waiting for a parcle to Greece that was posted 27/4/19 from the Uk, tracking system says it’s ready for delivery on 6/5/19 and normally goes out 24 hours later! Round & round in circles (as you can’t speak to anyone) over emails only to be told to check the tracking system on line...... frustrating!! Now it’s been escalated to management (still via email) and they have told me that’ll they’ll update me once they get a reply from the courier........ this has been going on for 3 days!!! No one can tell me where the package is or the phone number of the depot its being held at! Crazy! So in the meantime I’m just waiting for someone to be bothered to contact me back! Beware, it’s cheap for a reason!!
