Avoid at all costs. No phone number Have to wait over 24hrs for every response by email only. Put a claim in and waited over 3-4 weeks for a outcome. Very shocking and would avoid at all costs. Go directly through a courier directly.

Bought 2 day delivery took double that. Was not tracked and no way to contact ParcelMonkey. A lot of stress as no one could tell me if my package had been lost. Made far worse by lack of contact by ParcelMonkey

Dreadful customer service The only reason Im giving even one star is because my parcel eventually arrived at its destination, no thanks to Parcel Monkey. Website says explicitly not to contact courier if a problem arises but to deal directly with Parcel Monkey but they ignore you on the webchat and seem unable / unwilling to give any accurate information regarding delivery. Promised contact from Management Team to resolve problem never happened.

Terrible service, do not use this company. The collection I ordered never happened and trying to get (a) any help or (b) a refund from Parcel Monkey is like trying to the British Government to sort Brexit. No-one knows what anyone is doing, it takes days to get a reply and it’s almost impossible to speak to anyone. Use a carrier pigeon, it would be quicker.

I have not received my parcels as yet it was supposed to be a 48 hour service, I’ve called the parcel force depot every day in wales to see if they are picking up! We’ve been through the same story five days now, still not picked the parcel up, I haven’t got a clue how to contact parcel monkey to sort this out. Still awaiting my parcel, I will never use parcel monkey again and will never recommend them to any one nice, maybe you can contact me and help for a change this hasn’t been my first bad experience I’ve bought a car part 3 years ago and it was the same they never delivered it and I lost a £300 pound part and when I contacted them they said the delivery company went bust Total rubbish don’t be fooled by the cheap delivery prices

I have sent quite a number of parcels using Parcel Monkey and have always had good service. You get a variety of quotes back across a range of couriers and then just pick what you want.

Had 2 parcels uncollected on the day they were booked for. Probably because our usual driver was on a day off because it seems thats when it usually happens.

Great find! Shows the cheapest, quickest and reliable delivery options. Sent my package to Cape Town South Africa and it arrived in one piece with no delay and cheaper than anything else I could find.

The parcels were all picked up in the allotted time and for a very reasonable price. They then arrived on time. There were 2 hiccups; the tracking said the driver had tried to deliver and I was out, when I was in. And 4 parcels turned up without the 5th. But it all worked out ok in the end.

The service is really cheap and quick. The boxes arrived even 1 day before suppose to arrive. Only proble was one of the boxes arrived bit broken but things inside were fine

Selected DPD 2 day service to France as goods being sent were time sensitive. Took to drop off point on a Tuesday lunchtime. Wasnt collected until Thursday Morning and its now Tuesday of the following week and its still not delivered. Not directly Parcel Monkeys fault but using a partner with this poor level of service reflects badly.

Excellent service. I use Parcel Monkey all the time to send out my parcels over 2Kg, both to UK addresses and internationally (including China, South Korea, Japan, USA, Canada, Russia, and various EU countries). I typically use either Parcel Force or DPD, depending on cost.

Booked a collection service with DPD. On Day 1, the courier did not show. I re-booked for the next day and spoke to a customer service rep on live chat who assured me the courier would come for the re-booked day. Day 2, again, the courier did not show. Contacted customer service rep on live chat whos offered me a refund as a solution. What an absolute waste of time.

I’ve got to pick one star because it can’t be below that. 4-5 day service to China, 20 days if I’m lucky. How do these people expect businesses to operate when they give a service as poor as this. Customer service is a joke, just the usual we will be back to you, this dos not solve the problem, action does. The mark of a good business is that it recognises there is a problem, and secondly how they respond to it. Next time I will stick to Courier or fedex.

I am still waiting for my boxes to be delivered in Corfu 2 weeks after they were supposed to have been and Parcel Monkey have done nothing to sort this out other than giving me a phone number for the national postal service in Athens and said I should chase this myself! Very poor service and very poor customer support.

The whole experience was totally effortless. I weighed, booked & boxed the parcel, which was a small counter fridge. The courier arrived on time and the parcel arrived at the destination safely.
