We have always relied upon Parcel Monkey for our shipping needs. We have sent almost 50 packages to various parts of the World during the past 18 months and have not experienced any problems.

my parcel got to Italy in good time, unable to deliver as problem with address I assume that was because the section to enter the address would not let me use backslash / therefore had to use a gap and my daughter had to collect a 10kg box using public transport, service is good but maybe needs some tweaking

Been using this company a while. Everything was going well until 2 handmade large expensive item got damaged going to the States. As I paid extra to cover the value I thought I was covered!! Suprise suprise you aint and they wont pay you a penny. The box was clearly bent with pictures to prove but apparently it was my fault as I didnt reinforce the box with kryptonite!! Small businesses have no chance of survival when you got to rely on these incompetent people to hand over your items. Will not use parcel monkey again!!

Easy to book online. Our parcel was collected on the day advised and delivered within the 24 hours. Very easy and reasonably priced. We have used this service before and will use it again.

Fantastic. First time I had used a Courier. The collection driver was friendly and helped explain things to me. The parcels arrived as indicated on the tracker and my family were thrilled. Will definitely use this service again .
