NEVER AGAIN! REFUND MY BOXES NOW!! DPD BIrmingham and Parcel Monkey Never again!! Low quality and low professionalism from these guys that never picked up the boxes for several day straight and I am waiting like a fool. Shame on you!

NEVER AGAIN!! The DPD BIrmingham never picks the parcels and lies saying I wasnt at home. Never again. I want a refund and compensation for the time I took off work to wait for you!

Had a carton to be delivered to the Netherlands. Place the order at 10pm on Tuesday. Box picked up before 9 am Wednesday and delivered before the weekend in Tilburg. Brilliant very impressed.

Terrible. They broke a brand new oven from the company before it got to me. It never got to me and I had insurance with them. I put a claim in and they kept saying they hadnt got emails when i copied and copied and since theyve ignored me now for months. No oven. No £450. Since Jan. will take them to court now and post everywhere what thieving con artists they are. DO NOT USE

If I could have give zero star I would have but the minimum is 1. The package was delayed and was broken. However it might be the problem with Parcel Force. I think PM should rate their partnes and avoid bad companied like Parcel Force. Really disappointing!

I think the prices are good & an easy way to book your courier.. I find it’s very difficult to get your money back when the parcels don’t meet their deadlines or get to their destination when needed, which seems to happen regularly.

Second issue in 6 weeks with them used them 6 weeks ago and the parcel was not collected. They kept rebooking it and still no one collected it. Thought I would give them one more chance and this time decided to send it through a drop off point. It still arrived late and passed the timescale for delivery. Wont be using them again.

I was surprised to find that sending a mattress ain’t easy. It was listed as a prohibited item on the website I frequently use. But Parcel Monkey UK made it happen. Thank you for getting me out of a pickle.

First time Ive used these guys, but doubt itll be the last. Couldnt have been easier and their price beat all other quotes Id had (for a large 25kg parcel) by some margin.
Picked up when requested, delivered next day; I couldnt ask for more. Excellent.

Great experience, each process was clear, payment easy and communication was excellent.
I had to change my pick up date last minute it was quick and easy to do,I rebooked for the following day the parcel were picked from Leeds and delivered to Southern France two days later.
I will be using the service again and would wholly recommended it.Thank you.

1. The parcel wasnt picked up when it was supposed to be (which i had taken a day off work for since pick up window is all day). 2. Was eventually picked up nearly a month ago now but apparently never arrived and tracking link isnt working. DPD (which parcel monkey use) have no record of parcel. 3. Was emailed to say further payment had been taken from my credit card since parcel weight and dimensions were wrong (they werent- i had them checked at the post office). And the money was taken without my permission. 4. Received a strange email from an unknown company (not parcelmonkey or DPD) asking for the address in Chinese characters - which i was able to provide but was still weird. 5. Terrible customer service. Can only send messages on their website and very slow and unhelpful. No phone number to call. I have wasted about £90 trying to ship clothes to china, and now they have apparently they have lost the parcel so apparently thats £250 of clothes down the drain too. DO NOT RELY ON THESE PEOPLE.

Parcel did not arrive, I had gotten the insurance for loss for an extra 12 pounds for this exact reason. When trying to contact them (which is pretty much impossible unless by email) they told me that they are working on it. This has been going on for THE PAST 6 MONTHS. So I am left with a lost parcel, paid for nothing and on top of that paid for the insurance. Please if you are reading this look for another company, one that has a phone number that you can reach.
