**** experience. The parcel wasn’t picked up for 3 days even though it was Express 24. I took it to the local post office. Posted on the Wednesday and didn’t get to its destination until Monday the 9th of Sept. And then it was not delivered on the Monday. The driver park in a street nearby and never went to the address. I know as the recipient was watching for a vehicle inside her residence and later outside. The driver had the audacity to claim he had put a card through her door but no card was there until it arrived by post the following day! I paid for an express 24 service for the delivery and it took 6 days , ok ignore the weekend. That’s 4 days!!! Your service is absolute rubbish!!!!!!

I booked the parcel to be picked up, I was in all day and received an email claiming the company had tried to pick it up but there was no response. I then tried to rebook pickup but the company told me I had to contact Parcel Monkey to do that. I tried to do this but the website only allows you to look into similar queries on how they could help which led to a drop-down list to chose the service that had been provided. My service wasnt available (there seemed to be an error with the page) so I wasnt able to rebook and had to go with a different company to ensure delivery to a client wasnt delayed any further. Very poor service, wont be using again. Payment was taken for a service which wasnt fulfilled.

Excellent service from Parcel Monkey. My parcel was collected from home (Wales) on Monday and delivered safe and sound to Alberta, Canada on Friday. Quicker than UK postage! I was very impressed at ease of the process. I have hesitation recommending and will certainly use again myself.

It was very easy to book and drop off but unfortunately we received no updates of parcel. It was stuck at customs for 4 days due to monies owed for import but unfortunately customer was not informed. I wasnt informed of any problems but on checking progress had to raise a query.

Im so disappointed that I used this company for pick up and delivery. You guys did not pick the parcel and did not deliver anything, now Im asking for my refund £11.86 I paid for the delivery, which this company did not meet up with. I have chatted your company for mu refund and they are not responding to me. I need my money back please.

Customs fees had to be paid on a loan of a high value item to a friend for a couple of weeks. UPS completely messed up the delivery at the other end, leading to considerable stress. Completely incomprehensible email that makes no sense from you. Not your fault? Youre the broker.

Always use Parcel Monkey for sending parcels abroad. The best postage I’ve found. I like the ease of filling out customs label etc. Very good website. I highly recommend Parcel Minkey

Paid for a FedEx parcel through parcelmonkey, the barcode arrived 30 minutes later. Went to first shop that parcelmonkey told me was a FedEx store and the barcode wasnt recognised. On live chat, they said FedEx are updating their labels and not all stores are up to date with them, no mention of this previously. Went to the next closest FedEx store (as per parcelmonkey store finder) and they dont even take FedEx at all. Cancelled my order with no goodwill, wont be using again in a hurry.
