Shocking shocking service and false advertising. I paid for international express courier service to South Africa with a delivery time of 3 - 5 days....more then a month later my parcel has not arrived and has simply gone into the South African postal service which is clogged due to the COVID pandemic...if I had wanted this I would have simply posted my parcel and saved the money....When I have requested a refund or delivery date I have been ignored. If I could give a zero I would!

Iv used this company for a while know I prefer this company than going to my post office who I’m sure makes her own prices up I always fill the details out for my parcel to be picked up and tick bring label as I don’t have a printer the man turns up gives me tracking slip for my parcel and he takes my parcel I can’t reccomend this company enough great value for posting parcels and they pick up from you at home

It looks like you’ve improved your service and the couriers you use for international deliveries! I sent a parcel and it was delivered within 4 working days, which has never been the case before when I used ParcelMonkey!
I’m guessing it’s because you now have an office in the USA, which helps to speed things up.

Over 1 month and still they are refusing to refund a falsely made excess charge. Despite providing plenty of evidence that my item was weighted correctly and despite numerous messages, I continue to be ignored and out of pocket. Whatever system Parcel Monkey has in place that allows this is clearly in need of a review as it is very flawed and no customer should have to spend this much time chasing and chasing and chasing and getting nowhere.

Didnt start with the right foot as DPD didnt collect my parcel on the booked day for collection. My parcel didnt got to the recipient in time, was delayed 1 week. Parcel monkey is good but DPD needs to improve their services and times for delivery.

Easy to process my parcel to Australia and post it with Parcelforce. Posted on 29th June and parcel still has not left UK by 8th July! Not good service. Appreciate you have no control over parcelforce but dont promise delivery when it cannot be met.
