The first part of the experience was fine. The package was picked up by a really nice young man. It is the whole tracking lets you down. I try to track the parcel and there is no new entry on your tracking system since the 9.10.2020. I have no idea where the parcel is now

The rate is more about the DPD service. The parcel has been pick up late from local shop than planning. After that the tracking is only available at UK and no more information about the parcel way abroad. Also the parcel has been not delivery or not delivery on time, but I cant find any information. The Parcel Monkey chat was not useful at all. Week later still waiting for any update.

The service and delivery was quick. Paperwork a little difficult to complete.
I did worry as I received a notification that the parcel had been delivered and it wasnt there I arranged to have it delivered. Then I worried. A photo was sent with a message to confirm delivery. However this was to the depot. I think this should be explained better so we know it will be collected again. Delivery was 2 days before scheduled delivered so happy with that.

Shocking incompetent service. ParcelMonkey failed to commission Courier to collect so I had to re-book which delayed delivery for 3 days. 7 Days later and my box is still in a Courier distribution Centre. Never Again!

Parcel Monkey UK should carefully select couriers. My parcel was picked up by DX,the worst experience ever! The man was extremely rude,gave me unfilled and unsigned paperwork,left some rubbish at my doors,and throw my parcel into van! The tracking link did not work,and finally my parcel from UK to Ireland took them almost week!

Easy web site, lovely drivers...no hassle.....and prompt delivery. What more could you want??? Highly recommend for all your deliveries. I am happy to know my delivery goes from door to door securely.

Parcel delivered to wrong address. Had to pay extra for redirection - which never happened. Now refusing to refund. Customer service confused and rubbish. AVOID - I will never use this company again. Used Royal Mail special delivery in the end. still struggling to get refunded.

I organised a collection through parcel monkey for Monday 12th, no one came! I chased and had to re-organise for the 13th, no one came, I chased again only to be told the 3rd party courier had not responded to their request for another collection on the 13th which is why no one came, so 2 days of sitting at home and now I am being told it will be the 14th and in the meantime I have goods sat here waiting to be returned, absolutely shocking service and one I will not be repeating

Easy service to use - especially as I had a large-ish heavy parcel. I had tried other services who were less than helpful,
The parcel was collected on time and it was easy to track. Delivery was great too. No issues. Would recommend.

Very poor service, paid for same day collection which didn’t happen, customer service was poor and could even offer a partial refund as the service then changed to a next day pick up. Avoid if possible

My parcel went missing value of £100.00 , i have raised query i did had very quick response until i have provided all needed proof , after that all correspond had stopped even i been chasing them few days now. Would not recommend to use this company, i am not sure what happens now , i will have to raise complaint .

Sent a parcel to the USA via Parcel
Force booked though Parcel Monkey, great service however was a little disappointed that I got a quote, charged postage to my client only to find when
I booked the service I had been quoted for, the price had increased by another £17 once the dimensions of my parcel were entered, at which point I couldn’t increase the postage quote charged to my client ????

Parcel stuck in a warehouse somewhere. Delivery already two weeks late. Zero communication from Parcel Monkey to let me know or even let me know why. Parcel Monkey no help at all. Im not allowed to contact the courier company directly. Stuck in a twilight world of nothing happening. Awful, awful service. Zero confidence in anything getting delivered anywhere.

Never would i recommend Parcel Monkey. Their communication has been abysmal at best and it is impossible to deal with. It has been 7-8 weeks since i posted my parcel and each time I try to chase what is happening they have said they are still waiting for DPD to give them an update. The recipient has had messages saying that they need to pay $150 to have the parcel cleaned despite it been cloth nappies that have been shipped. It is impossible to speak to anyone as they claim they do not have phones, the emails are contradictory and give you a different story every time you get in touch. Jessica (Manager) is useless, as are all the staff. I have asked numerous times about putting in a claim and they still wont assist me. I have gotten Watchdog involved, their twitter feed makes for interesting reading too. Absolute shambles of a company. I feel I would have gotten more sense out of a monkey actually dealing with my parcel. DO NOT USE, YOU WILL NOT SAVE MONEY ON YOUR COURIER CHARGES. GO DIRECT. NOT ENOUGH ADJECTIVES TO DESCRIBE HOW AWFUL THIS COMPANY IS.

I have used Parcel Monkey several times before and always found them much less expensive than going direct to parcel force and it has worked well. This time I used them to send a returned purchase item to Germany and once again the pricing was very good. I thought the whole deal was under control of Parcel Force and when the tracking came to a halt at the couriers depot one stop short of "out for delivery" I left it a couple of days and put in a query via the Parcel Force tracking web page. They took over 24 hours to come back and say I had to go through Parcel Monkey. They did respond quickly asked for some information like a description of package and contents and came back next day to say it had been delivered and the seller has accepted that and refunded me. It appears to me they use different couriers for separate legs of the journey and in my case there was a breakdown in updating the tracking. I did not learn my parcel was delivered until over a week after. You might want to bear this in mind if accurate tracking is essential. The actual delivery time was very good but I cannot give 5 stars this time.

Im really sorry to do this, but I have to be honest, Im not very impressed. I run a fairly big business and have had to use Parcel Monkey as a stop gap for something. Over my past 3 orders with them, Ive had one box lost completely with over £600 worth of stock in it, then the next 2 orders have been part shipped each time. No wonder things get lost. Im afraid I wont be using them again in the future.

I had ordered a full size wheelchair but by the time it arrived I realized I would not be able to ever use it so I arraigned with Amazon to return it.
I contacted Parcel Monkey and it was so easy to do I couldnt believe it. They came the next day to pick it up and I had confirmation the day after of the return and my refund for the chair and the return costs the same day. THAT is the way to run a business!!
