Delivered as expected safely and perfect on time. only thing is update on the tracker was too slow to know where it is.

Very difficult to get customer service. Impossible to know what time your parcel will be picked up. You literally have to stay home all day until the pic up driver comes. Will not use again.

Dont bother booking an overnight delivery with these. Booked on a Sunday for a Tuesday collection for Wednesday delivery, parcel was not collected until Wednesday and wasnt delivered until the Friday. When you contact them for a refund for breach of contract, they turn round and tell you next day actually means within the next 5 working days. Monkey is probably the correct term for this company. Dont bother with this middleman go direct to TNT, FedEx or UPS

Sent parcel from UK to NZ. Parcel picked up on a Wednesday and delivered on the following Tuesday. First time I’ve sent anything to New Zealand and was quite impressed how quick it was considering COVID still messing with shipping times.

Terrible company avoid at all costs. I was quoted £21 to send a parcel to Spain but after I had paid and dispatched it 4 days later parcel monkey messaged me saying they wanted an additional £240 to send it. I obviously refused and they are now returning the parcel but have charged me £16 to return it. They should have returned the parcel free of charge and refunded me for failing the original delivery. Absolute bunch of monkeys avoid at all costs. I never leave reviews but these muppets deserve one. I have resent the parcel to Spain with a different courier for £20 no issues by the way. AVOID

Not happy with Parcel Monkey, I booked a very important package as it was essential for it to arrive on time, it was due to be collected by DPD, but no one came for it, I contacted them but all they would say was we can book it in for tomorrow if you want, had I wanted that I wouldnt have paid & requested a next day delivery, I contacted DPD who said PM hadnt booked it in and this was not unusual, so I for one will not be trusting them with my customer parcels in future.
