Great price (£60 cheaper than the Post Office) and collection before 10am the following day with delivery to Germany two days later. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

Maybe the only bad thing is , they should give you a time window for the collection rather then wait all day .

The worst service ever experienced. They dont even have a direct contact number for support. Email support completely useless, not expert and unreliable. The company cancelled collection on the same day, I have been left with all my parcels ready to be collected and I had to postpone my trip! Left me without any support and took £280 from my account after having confirmed the collection day! I had to postpone all my trip tickets due to companies being unreliable, unresponsive and absolutely unprofessional. Creating me a lot of stress and trouble. Trying to solve the issue but there is actually no clients support. Never ever again. Shame.

Id used this company once a few weeks ago, and they were super. So I used their services again more recently. They absolutely annihilated a hairdressing foil trolley, which was made from metal and plastic. The metal was strong, and bent right over. The plastic bin at the base was smashed to pieces. After requesting photographic proof, and the receipt for £150.00, their final answer was this.... Hi Elaine, Parcel Monkey and the couriers are committed to delivering your parcels with speed and care. However, during the transit process parcels may be handled several times. It is therefore important that you read and accept the Companys policy before confirming your order. Since you decided not to take any protection cover at all and confirmed that you wanted to opt-out thus declaring the item of negligible value for protection cover purposes unfortunately you are not qualified to raise a claim. I paid £87 for a mattress to be collected the following day, nobody came, every correspondence I now have they tell me it’s been picked up and they won’t give me my money back - now they are just ignoring my attempts - rubbish company

Terrible - no one to call, all live chat who fob you off with excuses and no intention of resolving the issue. Parcel is showing as return sender despite 3 days of it is on its way! Pathetic excuses.
