I paid for a 5-7 day international package delivery with collection from my address. Nobody showed up for 2 days & no message was sent to let me know the status. After making 2 complaints, the package got picked up on 3rd day. Then, the tracking link kept saying that DPD is still waiting to receive the paperwork & package for the next 7 days, with no change in status. I had to raise this with ParcelMonkey 3 times during the week & they couldnt give me any information about the status of the package. Turns out, it did reach the correct destination within 5-7 days after pick-up, but no thanks to ParcelMonkey. Extremely poor service. I will definitely just pay extra and send directly via proper courier services next time, so I am not left waiting & worrying for the next 10 days.

Delivery from Scotland to Australia, great service as I seny quite a large package 6kg+. Arrived there sooner than expected. The package was collected from my door step and delivered straight to my brothers signature and all from their side.

The parcel was shipped to Italy and was well packed. They had obviously had a great game of football with it as it arrived with box intact but had been thrown around and dropped as there was internal damage to the amp from shick loadings. Not good enough.

Parcel to France very fast. Unfortunately I sent parcel to USA recipient informed me a few days later. They had thrown the outer packing away. I put in claim and asked for address to send photo but never got a reply. Will not be using parcel monkey to send to USA.

Parcel Monkey is always the first place I head for when I want to send a parcel. This time was no exception. My parcel to France was collected promptly, communication about its progress was good and delivery was smooth. Price was best I could find online. What more could anyone want?

I tried paying for collection service, the transaction came up as declined but they still debited my bank account. I got in touch and sent a copy of my statement showing the transaction going out, and they simply wrote back to say it was never taken at their end. Complete fraudulent activity. I would avoid at all costs.

Absolutely useless, they lost my £2000 worth parcel and even though i provided a receipt and a replacing estimate for the item, i only got £500 back, leaving me £1500 out of pocket... Avoid at all cost!
