I dropped off my parcel for Denmark at the post office on a Wednesday morning after having printed and attached the label at home. The parcel arrived in Denmark on the Monday. The process was easy to follow and went smoothly.

What a disgusting and rude company , I am sure if your parcel arrives and they get their commission it’s ok . Mine was late , they actually offered a next day service France to UK which Courier don’t do . They refuse to contact Courier on my behalf and I can’t claim as parcelmonkey need to contact them . They have no telephone and no way of speaking to anyone . Trust me go direct with Courier or the carrier , Any problems and you have no come back ... so I’m sat with a£1000 parcel sat in the UK and parcel monkey will not contact Courier even though I have sent the direct mail of the person who is waiting for them . Rude and useless and just ignore all requests . Avoid like the plague and go direct with the carriers .Courier have been awesome through this and tell me this is the norm of parcel monkey

Easy to use but MUST MAKE CLEAR that next day delivery is ONLY possible if a parcel is dropped before 12:00 otherwise it is effectively 48 hours - although Post office would also do this and cheaper if I had got there earlier - It was NOT CLEAR that this would not be possible even though the Parcel Monkey site let me pay for it first without warning... BIG FAIL for urgent parcel.

Previous parcel collection services have always seemed to be problematic. No fuss with Parcel Monkey, no issues and fair pricing. Parcel arrived as expected even though I did not have a plastic envelope to attach shipping documents, this was supported by the appointed courier.

Used parcel monkey to ship three boxes from the UK to Germany. Everything went well, the boxes were at the destination within two days.
The only annoying thing was that I did not know when the parcels would be picked up on the day because I wasnt told any time period which would have been helpful.

Unable to redeliver to correct address easily , parcel was obviously not treated in accordance with the labelling , as in fragile !!! Knocked about , packaging tattered and torn . Wouldn’t use this service again !

It is very easy to use, reliable and reasonably priced courier service. I’ve used this service many times in the past and will use in the future. I generally drop off the parcel to the nearest post office (after printing & attaching the label) and track online for delivery. My parcel is always delivered on time.

This bunch at Parcel Monkey , have clearly lost my parcel , and do not have the b*lls to say so . I sent a parcel on the 31/7/2020- and as of the 31/8/2020- I just get "the computer says no" response ..This is a SHOCKINGLY BAD experience. They blame ParcelForce, and will not under any circumstance will they actually get off their bottoms and do something about this . They dont like a bad review but will not EARN a good one ...
