How and why do they still exist? They have no idea of customer service. Make sure you enter any deal with them prepared for battle, with pictures of your parcel, dimensions... and a lawyer! The truth does not mean anything to them. They have no ability to admit mistakes.

My parcel was due for collection on Thursday morning. It was not collected until Friday. This was then supposed to be shipped to Greece. It arrived back at the senders address the next day, no note. This was a valuable piece of equipment that could easily have been stolen. Dreadful service.

First time using parcel monkey and I had booked an international courier service 8 days ago, from Jamaica to UK. My parcel has still not been collected and has been rearranged twice. The specific courier used has been in contact with myself however parcel money are of no use or help at all. They could not provide me with any information or reasons nor did they want to contact the courier used to find out the answers. I have cancelled my service and will not be using parcel monkey ever again.

Excellent speedy service. Parcel collected exactly when arranged and delivered very fast, again exactly when specified. I wouldnt use any other company and the price is very good.

Booked for next day pickup. Didnt turn up but still took my money. When I spoke with parcel monkey online they passed the blame straight onto the courier and didnt offer anything, not even an apology stating that they are just the comparison website. I wouldnt use them again with so many other options available. Not very professional at all.

Straight forward from start to finish. Guided through how to pack your goods safely, and printed off shipping and pro forma labels from source. My daughter in New Zealand got constant parcel movement updates from the company & was over the moon when it arrived in less than a week in great condition 5/5 from me, well done & will use again.

Used the 2 day dpd service to Portugal, it cost 22 pounds and hadnt turned up on the 4th day. It has cost me future custom from this client and will cost dpd any future custom from me.

Excellent service...parcel sent to Amsterdam. Was collected within work hours on the Tuesday and arrived at it’s destination, nothing broken on the Friday. Much cheaper than I expected to send such a large box. Would use again for sure.

2-3 day international delivery sent on Monday morning arrived on Friday afternoon, thoughts it would be faster. UK address format on website was different than delivery country, local courier had problems with delivery to given location. This should be by default on the website, when you fill the address form for destination country you get the correct address format and basic information like flat number translated into destination language.
