overall good service, only the parcel can take more than time it says..as if sending to spain, the spanish couriers especially SEUR are the worst there are so deliver when they feel like it

Used parcel monkey many times. Had no issues. Except for when a parcel was lost. Genuinely shocking service. Didnt want to take accountability. Said they needed an invoice etc as Parcelforce were requesting it. Phoned up Parcelforce and said they dont need one as I had paid for parcel cover and that parcel monkey should refund you in full. Written letters and had no reply. Havent even refunded me the postage for the missing parcel. Beyond a joke

So easy to arrange on line, no pre-printing involved when using parcel force. I did jokingly complain to the delivery driver i had paid for 48 hour service but it arrived the next day. Was shocked and equally pleased with the first class service. Will be using them again without doubt, and as an afterthought the price including comprehensive insurance package which i selected was markedly well below the competitors on the comparison web sites. Thanks for the five star service

I am really happy to choose parcelmonkey for my luggage transfer from Brighton to Ankara, Turkey.
It was easy to track the location of my luggage. The only negative part of the experience may be that I couldnt change the invoice third time when I needed. But it wasnt a big problem in my case.
Overall, I would recommend the service!

Sent the parcel over a week ago to Germany. Was meant to be there by now. I had now been 8 days the parcel has still not yet been delivered.

I’ve used Parcel Monkey a few times now from UK to South África & never had a problem with delivery. Only thing I can fault is the “next day pick up” never happens, it’s always a day or two later so not sure why you offer that on your website.

Tracking service is SLOW.... Then they will accept your measurements and weight only to later come back and try to rip you off by putting in a higher price using "volumetric weight" customer service is 0 out of 100 percent because they treat you like something that comes out of your rear end. They know the volumetric weight when you put in the measurements they just like to be able to rip you off.

even though it is parcel force that delivered the package i got that supplier through parcel monkey. My client still has not received his parcel even though p/f admit it is there fault and are trying to charge him £5 to re-deliver it. Also i paid for 24 hour delivery and im not sure if it has even been delivered yet. Yours Sincerely Gary Denton.

Hi.This is no opinion about Parcel Monkey.rather Hermes that was booked to come collect it.No one turned up and the parcel was never added to their web page as active so I could not cancel it.Hours of trying to get to talk with someone and lots of messages to web addresses that are no longer used and a complains phone number that was cleared after the first 2 rings.and dont get me started on that useless Holly app.What A joke!
I then used the resolver site to get a message to them and after including the paypal info /tracking number ect ect all I got was emails telling me to rebook the delivery even after letting them know that it was sent by other courier.So I have got nowhere with them.One other thing they said that someone had attempted to uplift the parcel but got no answer even when there was a large note on the door telling them the door was open and parcel was there but when I asked how that would have happened if it was not added as active so how did the courier know to come for it.NO reply as yet.I have given up on Hermes as this is not the first time they have not had a courier in the area for pickups.

Appalling company, avoid! I booked a delivery with this company to go to Australia for which I have paid more than £250 that included items for my newly born premature granddaughter that my daughter was desperate for. Booked the collection for four days after entering the details and paying for the delivery so they had plenty of notice and so that this coincided with my day off. I waited in all day from 8am through until 6pm and no one arrived to another courier! I contacted ParcelMonkey three times in the afternoon and they said they contacted DX and they reassured them that someone would collect the parcel. I was persuaded to give them another chance and rearranged to have the parcel picked on my next day off, giving them five days notice to get their act together and was given a direct number to contact them on. By 2pm on the collection day the parcel still had not been picked up so I phoned them and they said that the collection was definitely booked with the driver for collection on that day. By 4:15pm the driver had not arrived and I phoned them again. The customer advisor told me that she had spoken to the driver and he was in my area and the parcel would be picked up within the next hour. By 5:30pm the driver still had not turned up. I rang the helpdesk again and this time was told by the advisor that she could not contact the driver! Another whole day wasted sat in waiting from 8am until 6pm for a collection that never turned up. What makes this even worse is that there was no apology and the constant lying from the so called customer service assistants. I now have a daughter who is still desperate for these items, I have spent over £250 for a service I have not received and wasted two whole days waiting for this company and an extra week! Disgusting service, extremely disappointed and annoyed and they could not seem to care less!

Parcel Monckey via DHL really helped me out. I ordered a printer from ebay. I tried to provide the correct weight and size to the best of my ability only to find out on arrival the small printer I though I ordered was allot bigger. I thank the delivery guy because he still collected it and dropped off.
