why am I being asked to review the service when it has not been carried through? my luggage is still where it was supposed to be collected from, and there has been a complete lack of communication (wherein I wasnt even informed when my luggage was returned). I want to cancel the service and want a refund, please advise me on the same.

It is my first time to send a parcel overseas and I was worried that it goes missing on the way. However, the dpd were very efficient and came collect it from my place & delivered it promptly. It took one day longer than expected but I planned ahead & made sure to have enough time just in case.

Pay for a collection for today stay all day at home waiting ask them whats happening answer from them "was re-booked for tomorrow" if I pay a collection for one day its because I want on this day so agree to re-book for next week finish the chat talk and receive a message from DPD that was re-booked for tomorrow, its my first time using parcel monkey and will be my last one. In the end sorted directly with DPD

Easy to use and I was able to select the best option and print out the postage labels. I dropped off at post office and my parcel arrived really quickly at its destination.

The service is great and I have been using it for years, the only issue is that when the parcel is in the delivery country the tracking fails to be updated. Having said that all my parcels have always reached the final destination safely.

By and large very easy to use. Only drawback was I arranged for 2x parcels to be picked up but the order didn’t register for the second parcel and I had to reinput on a new order. Not sure if this increased the price. Would definitely use again.....just will double check if 2x parcels!
