Customer service is useless! I have tried to clarify something and I couldn’t! You’re asking a question and after 10 min getting a ruth answer that you need to give 2 mote questions. I would never use them services!

I was very pleased with the service. Easy to do the online booking.
Parcel was collected and shipped out and arrived 5 days ahead of schedule which was excellent.
Only bad point was I am a private individual sending a gift and had to weigh the box on my cooking scales it said 4.7kg so I put 5kg on forms just to be safe. However after delivery I got an extra bill for £28 saying my parcel weight was 5.50kg on their scales. This was disappointing but accepted it.

While parcel monkey collected everything well, they never warned me that they’d use Courier for international shipping. Courier are really bad in my country and after already paying £270 to parcel monkey i now have to pay extra £100. And they will deliver it 2 weeks later than they were supposed to. I know for a fact they probably broke everything they could in those boxes too. Terrible, terrible service.

Always have an exceptional service but, unfortunately i have received a message from its european destination saynig my parcel/goods have been damaged and noted, at delivery depot. With no further updates or contact details, i will not know the extent of the damage until arrival at its address. I can therefore only warn the person receiving the parcel beforehand..

Parcel Monkey works really well I have used it for many years - brilliant.
Sometimes the carrier lets the side down but that is beyond parcel monkeys control. It’s usually Parcelforce that have ‘delays’.

Have used Parcel Monkey a few times to get parcels to a Greek island. It’s always very efficient this side of the deal but unfortunately it always takes longer than advertised but I appreciate that is most probably the fault of the destination. A very cheap way of posting to Europe. Cheaper than packing an extra suitcase !
