I used Parcel Monkey to get a price to send a box to a friend. We got a good price and it was easy to book. I did have to ask Parcel Monkey to step in when the box did not go to the correct address. I had prompt responses and it was sorted in the end. .

If there were zero stars I would award. Terrible service, parcel was never delivered and contained clothing/shoes for a wedding.Cant actually speak to a real person, they do everything by slow email. Took 9 days and was "stuck" in Netherlands depot for 5 of them, of which neither ParcelMonkey or their courier Parcelforce Worldwide knew where this package was. And even though the address was intact and a mobile number was on the front they never tried to ring him or me. My Son had to get an Uber himself to drive for miles to try and confront them /collect from their depot, or he would never have got this package probably at all. Cost him a fortune and ParcelMonkey claimed on their email to me that the Parcel was "delivered to him". What a joke! I will be claiming compensation for this. Absolutely abysmal service with no one caring one bit. PS Make sure you are fully insured as I dont think we would ever have seen the package again.

First time I’ve used Parcel Monkey. I would definitely recommend and use again.
Easy to arrange sending a parcel to Canada. Instructions and Downloads clear too.
Once dropped off at post office it was easily tracked to destination and the recipient was also kept informed of delivery details.
On the whole, great, easy to use, value for money courier.
The only small hiccup was being charged a small extra fee as parcel was apparently 200grams over stated 3KG?!

Parcel monkey was easy to use and i used their services before. Im satisfied with parcel monkey, however, dpd this time nearly lost my parcel and took days to reschedule a new delivery. It wasnt pleasant to be honest.

Disappointing that the consignment was not collected on the day stated, and it took a little while to arrange a new collection date. This delayed the consignment by4-5 days. But otherwise, very good customer support, and excellent courier.

My parcel was attempted to be delivered to the wrong address before being returned. I have confirmation of this fact from DPD I writing which I have forwarded to Parcel Monkey but they wont acknowledge that and refuse to refund me for their unfulfilled service. Im getting no response from customer services. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PARCEL!!

Worst delivery service I have ever used. Booked a delivery with Courier and they didnt pick up the parcel. Had to get a refund and use someone else. Really unprofessional company.

This was an unusual experience with the Parcel Monkey team, they missed collection by 24 hours causing us to then explain this to our client who was in dire need of the goods sent. Eventually they then got the items rescheduled. Okay all in all.

The whole process was straightforward, stress free and incredibly fast. I did send my daughters precious keyboard(musical instrument) to her at University and it is now spreading music around the neighbourhood...

I would have given 0 stars if I could. Their driver did not attempt any of the deliveries (we have proof of that and the courier themselves confirmed this as their driver did not bother to go to the address) and they attempt delivery for 3 days in a row so the parcel was returned back to Parcel Monkey after 3 days. 1) They want to charge to return our parcel back to us 2) They want to charge a high admin fee just for arranging the return of the parcel back to us 3) They will not be giving a refund for the original delivery costs even though the driver did not attempt any of the deliveries! In total, we will be £40+ out of pocket! We would recommend that you avoid ParcelMonkey as their customer service is ridiculous and you will be left out of pocket.

Being over charged each time . I put in dimensions and exact weight of parcel - the courier then remeasures and charges per volume!! Not good device at all ! Couriers often don’t collect. Not suing this company any more

Found a really good price on the site. Chose to go with parcel force. printed out the label, took the parcel to the post office, got a receipt as proof of posting. Tracked the parcel to the destination three days later. Perfect!

Excellent value and faultless service. This was my first time using Parcel Monkey and I was a not sure what to expect, but I was very impressed. My parcels were fully tracked and signed for. They were collected from my house on the south coast and arrived in Edinburgh the next day. I Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

Never used this service before, but was excellent. Simple to use and arranged courier with no problems. Courier was also good and delivery made quickly and reasonable cost.

Would have given 0 stars if I could have. Their service is fine if you don’t have any issues along the way! Used the service to deliver a parcel to Spain once and was fine but used them again to deliver to Morocco recently and it was an absolute disaster. The parcel got stuck in customs in Morocco, turns out when that happens Courier charge you £70 for them to enter and declare for you... no that’s not a delivery or customs or tax or duties charge... in fact it’s an extra charge which isn’t stated in their terms and conditions. After back and forths on their EXTREMELY inefficient messaging system, they (the manager I spoke to via message as the DO NOT call you or have any way of you calling them) admitted that it wasn’t in the terms and conditions and basically said there’s no way out of it. So I said ok I’d like my items back as you have broken your terms of contract therefore I want my items and a full refund. They said that I would still have to pay the fee and that I wouldn’t get a refund. Disgraceful
