I have been using Parcel Monkey for a while now and have found them excellent. Whether sending stuff to the rest of Europe or within the UK, I have had no problems and the recipients have commented how efficient the service was. Unfortunately everything was great until I received a bill for additional weight that was false. My package weighted about 500g all in, I used 1kg as a hugely conservative figure to cover myself and then they charged me for an apparent weight of 11kg. Physically impossible with what I sent. I asked them for evidence but have heard nothing. I would happily have continued to use them for the convenience and the pick up guys seemed great, but I cant afford to be billed for the wrong item and then ignored.

international priority ( they cant even get it from the customer to the depo ) (AVOID LIKE COVID 19 ) used these MONKEYS for a fair few years now. mainly been good , BUT when there is a problem , they can never resolve. wouldnt worry about insurgence as this doesnt mean anything when using these MONKEYS. we will never use them again

Poor service.. Offer £15 on all the correct information and then charge £52.60 extra.. I dont go to McDonalds and buy a burger for £4.99 and get an extra charge in the post because they got charged more for chips that week! Very misleading even if it is covered in your T&Cs!

I have used several times now - it makes the job easy, the choices are clear and the whole process is very efficient. Even if you are just using the Post Office service. I always go for drop off and print label. Might need a better set of kitchen scales!

A brilliant service. The hardest part is measuring the package, as it took me longer to find my tape measure than order the service. My parcel arrived in Greece in one piece and in a timely manner.

We paid for a same day collection, next day delivery through this company. The courier did not collect the item. As the next day was a Friday, parcel monkey were unable to deliver the parcel until the Monday...4 days later than we paid for. They happily cancelled the order for us and promised a refund within 3-5 working days. We since received an email (3rd working day) telling us we werent getting a refund as the courier had picked up the parcel. - They didnt, we did, and sent it through a capable courier. Now Parcel monkey want us to WAIT for a refund whilst they check with parcel force that they dont have a parcel they didnt collect! Absolute shambles of a service and completely unprofessional.

Sent my first parcel with parcel monkey and the front end was perfect. Drop off of the parcel was great then it went to DPD ...no tracking working and it has still not arrived a week later . For the last 3 days it has been "Received, not manifested (overage)" whatever that means. It appears the problem is with DPD but using parcel monkey creates another person in the chain which is not making it better

Efficient and quick order, drop off & tracking. I needed to send off a parcel quickly the same day, ordered online, the printing labels were sent quickly and I liked using the post office to drop off. Tracking done well. Quick delivery. Excellent price.
To improve: the printing label is too close to the edge of the paper, risking letters and numbers being missed. Please move more in the middle as default. Thanks.

Booked to send a parcel. Courier didn’t show up to collect. I reported this and was originally told I could have a refund. I haven’t received my refund and they are now ignoring my messages. I would not recommend and will certainly never use again. When I pay for a service, I expect to get that service or receive a full refund.

I often use ParcelForce via ParcelMonkey for ebay sales etc. on larger items. There is a good discount vs using ParcelForce directly and a useful additional insured value included.

Couldnt believe this option was available when I saw it - sooO much cheaper than sending a package to Canada with Parcel Monkey than it is through the post office AND meant we got to bypass Canadian postal services which last Summer took 3 weeks to deliver a small letter. We sent a 3kg package, it got picked up from the house while I was at work on the Thursday and was safely delivered at my friends house in Toronto on Monday!!! How is that even possible???? AND during a pandemic. Unbelievable. You are amazing. Thank you. So nice to know this option is available and I dont have to panic every time I send something long haul....waiting for weeks to hear if it ever got there! And great tracking.

Your courier Courier never turned up for 3 days to another couriers....despite sending texts next day saying they were collecting next day.....poor service throughout then they charge me an over charge for a parcel I weighed on three different scales that came on at 20.5 kg....will not use them again that for sure....oldest con trick in the book adding charges days and weeks later.
