Easy to use. Good rates for additional insurance cover. Not so easy if you want to go back to change something as it throws away all the details you have entered. Subcontractor - Parcelforce did an amazing job, fast and efficient.

Very quick and easy service, multiple options are presented to you to help you make your decision, labels were sent within a couple of hours for me to print and pick up was seamless. Will use this service again.

I had to cancel my collection as I booked printerless option , but was told after this is not available, I am 23 days now waiting for a refund, I keep getting told to ait for the claims team to contact me yet noone has. Perhaps if I detail this on review sites it might get their attention. Could not recommend. consider going direct ot parelforce who were super helpful
