I have never had such a bad service. I waited in all day on 2 different days and still no one turned up to pick up my parcel. You cannot talk to anyone on the phone only chat through text and all they say is we will rebook it. Dont use them

First time using Global Monkey.
Absolutely amazing service, lower price than other competitors. My parcel was picked up on Thursday at 3pm and arrived in New Zealand Monday morning!! Five days in total. The courier was very polite, the web site was easy to use so all in all a good experience with this Freight Company. Well done and thank you. Definitely use your company again.

Didnt deliver on the date given No notification thereafter and no response to my emails Driver came to collect next, no uniform or marked can. I only handed over my parcel because he claimed he was from Courier The SAME man comes back 24 hrs later to do another collection stating it had gone back into the SYSTEM! What SYSTEM? When Courier picks up a parcel surely it is logged in a SYSTEM to remove it?? Very bad service. You wont see me again.

Utterly awful. Parcel not collected, I checked the tracking and the carrier hadnt even got it on their system. I told PM via chat but they failed to rebook. Next day I asked again and they told me the best they could do is rebook for the next day - so instead of collect monday, its now going to be wednesday. Bloody cowboys.

More like Parcel Robot. No human response after the courier stole my parcel. Poor customer service and no urgency in chasing the courier for the 5 weeks it took for them to declare the parcel ‘lost’. I want to press the courier to pay for my loss but parcel monkey are not prepared to do this for me - courier will not deal with you directly if you have an issue, so I recommend NOT using parcel monkey or any such service as they will not fight for you when you have an issue. They are only interested in the fact that I didn’t pay for parcel protection and don’t care about the theft. I’d go to the police but this happened in Italy so there isn’t much I can do. Seems I should have paid for protection (even tho my items were not covered by it!) and lied about the contents. I wish I’d gone with FedEx who don’t list clothing as a prohibited item and therefore would allow me to protect my parcel against loss.

Easy to book parcel in online. Almost exact same service as parcel force except parcel monkey covered the full value of my parcel of £140 for no extra cost. Parcel force only cover £100 for free.

Perfect as usual
Cannot fault Parcelmonkey, Ive sent over 5000 parcels over the years and can honestly say theyve been great. Yes, weve had a few issues but theyve always been fair with us and dealt with these quickly.
I am not sure why so many people have left a 1 star review. Yes, people can make mistakes on both ends. Did you pack your parcel properly?
Was it your fault it was mishandled/broken or lost?
We will never know...
