Useless. I booked my collection with DPD and waited in all day but they didnt collect. Called DPD next day and they had no record of my collection despite me having a DPD label provided by Parcel Monkey. Had to call ParcelMonkey to arrange another collection.

Similar to other people recently, they claimed the weight was more than it actually was. I knew the exact weight when I obtained the quote from their website. They tried to charge me without telling me but my card had expired so they were unable to. You put in the height, length width and weight you get one quote on their website but then later they claim the courier has a greater weight a so called "dimensional weight" . In my opinion this just seems a means to get more more money out of customer as you rely on the quote provided by their website. Worse they tried to charge me without telling me first. If need be I will go to the small claims court if they pursue it.

Never again,booked for collection 21/09/20, got confirmation from them, all done No-one turned up Parcelforce said parcel monkey didnt send the order across...nothing to do with Virus delays at all so now waited in all day for a very important delivery collection, lost days wage, live chat didnt seem to bothered. She just said "its booked for today" The contract is with PM so I went to them, they didnt seem bothered in the slightest. I advise people to goto the courier directly,so much easier to raise a case. Never again will I use pm

This is the 1st time I have used Parcel Monkey as I am so pleased with the service ... from when my parcel was picked up from my house to its delivery to China. I especially love the tracking system advising of all the steps on the way. I will certainly be recommending it to my friends and will definitely be using it again.

I used DPD through parcel monkey for a delivery from the UK to France.
The quote was cheaper than another website I was advised to use.
Delivery was picked up the same day and delivered in France exactly 48 hours later. Great service
(I was very septical at first because of previous experiences with deliveries)

The second time I have tried Parcel Monkey after horrendous problems with another courier. The first time, 4 days to collect. This time booked a collection on 1st Sept. Finally collected after 3 emails on 11th Sept. Nightmare.

Hi.Service was really great,i received the goods within a week and that is comming from the UK to SA..Very pleased.Only reason why i did not give it 5 stars is due to price, not because it is your fault but i find it a little costly as the exchange rate affects me on this side,but generally i am content and was well received. Found this such an easy process. Very straightforward. Ive only just sent the parcel to Canada so it hasnt arrived yet but the recipient has had a confirmation email to let them know its on the way. Very professional and good value for money.

The process of sending the box away was simple and straightforward. I paid for Express24 delivery, it was sent on Friday morning and didnt arrive until Thursday, my other box was sent Monday and arrived Thursday, this was disappointing as we wanted the boxes there when we arrived at my sons university on the Tuesday
