Please note this is a comparison site only as I was told by parcelmonkey. This is how they disown themselves from any responsibility if anything goes wrong. It is not their fault. Unfortunately they do not let you contact the courier directly. They do it themselves but it takes a long time. If you are feeling lucky take a gamble and use parcel monkey. If the courier though fails to turn up parcel Monkey will start lying to you and say it will be picked up later in the day. As the courier does not turn up later then you will need to book again for a later day pick up. This can actually keep on going for many days possibly a week. Parcel monkey do not mind. They have no control over the courier.

Very bad service , charging extra after delivery 3-4 weeks , which unfair charges , they keep your card details, which not legal!

Prices quoted often change when go through booking and some services completely withdrawn only leaving more expensive options. Tracking system never shows recipient address. Just been notified a parcel still not delivered over a week after despatch, a delivery of 2 days quoted. No explanation or refund.

I was quoted £22.18 for a parcel delivery. When I checked my bank account had a debit For £51.90.from parcel force Since there is no contact number I have had to go through the hassle of going to the post office to get my parcel back and iam waiting for a reply to my Email concerning cancelling the order. Far too much hassle after being given false misleading and fraudulent information. Moreover booking directly with parcel force would have been cheaper,..also cheaper again with Courier who im now using. Best avoid You Dont need the hassle.

Best shipping service I ever had in Europe, send my bag on a Friday from a remote island in the UK and it arrived the next Wednesday in the Netherlands already. Didnt have to print anything, postman brought the labels and everything

I rarely give poor reviews but I have 2 reasons for this one: 1. the collection didnt happen on the scheduled day. I was told the driver attempted but I was not home which is rubish. I stayed in that whole day, 8am to 6pm waiting. 2. one of the customer service assistants had a really annoying attitude and was ignoring my questions and just telling me to wait. Very patronizing and belittling when they could have easily just said that they dont have any updates for me or something along those lines. Anyway, wont be using this service again :)
