Very poor. Payment taken twice for one parcel. Immediately brought it to their attention. Still no refund and the parcel was delivered late too.

I have made 4 delivery attempts in two weeks, all next day delivery, all failed. Two boxes were not picked up so I had to take them to the post office for special delivery. The other two didnt arrive next day. This has caused me slot of stress and I have lots business due to this at a cost of £600. They fail to provide the services they offer at no redress to them. I have used Parcel force via Parcel Monkey and Im shock at their poor service and the commination is terrible. When you ask to escalate your complaint you dont get any response. Terrible service Im afraid.

Useless. First time I have used them. Waited for 10 hours for a collection. No-one turned up. They don’t even talk to the delivery Co (DPD) to find out what went wrong. Just re-book and wait another 10 hours. Cancelled order. Then takes 3 to 5 days to get your money back. Very poor service.

I’ve used parcel monkey half a dozen times in the last few months & i thought the efficiency & speed as been good.... anyway the last time I used them my package wasn’t even the same shape when it arrived at its destination, I couldn’t believe it when my customer sent me a picture & when opened both ends where damaged, after I’d packed it really well it was quite obvious it had been thrown around en route... So writing this way up & asking the courier to stand it up the right way didn’t count for much on this trip, although the sign is repairable Im not very happy at the way it arrived... disgraceful

MOVED FROM HERMES TO PARCEL MONKEY THANS TO A BAD EXPERIENCE BUT NOT REGRETTED IT, ITS WORTH THE SMALL AMOUNT EXTRA. I HAVE SENT OVER A DOZEN PARCELS NOW AND EVERY ONE HAS GOT THERE ON TIME AND NO DAMAGE. EXCELLENT SERVICE SO FAR.

Be aware Despite customer confirming address four times with telephone number, parcel was not delivered- the carrier couldnt find the property. The parcel was returned to us in UK . Promised a refund if we rebooked the consignment, so we did with a more expensive option. Guess what , despite customer address being confirmed again, courier couldnt find it. Eventually approx 1month later , our customer had to guide the carriers to the address. Turns out the more expensive option , was the same cheaper courier, who failed the first time. Now no refund on first failed delivery. A very poor service

Always use parcel monkey...send parcels to Spain at least Once a month and usually use DPD. There are cheaper alternatives but I trust them and they have not let me down ....yet!

I have sent a handful of parcels now and twice I have been automatically charged extra (in addition to their "low prices") based on apparently the courier providing a different volumetric weight to what I provided. They refuse to divulge any evidence that this is the case, and I find it hard to believe that my original measurements with kitchen scales and a tape measure are so far off. For example, my latest parcel was calculated to be 2.7kg volumetric weight according to my measurements but then ParcelForce apparently measured it to be 3.6kg. I dont see how I could be so far off, seems suspicious to me. I can accept that maybe my measurements were indeed incorrect but they should provide evidence that supports that claim, which they refuse to do. It should be their duty to provide this if they are automatically charging extra money for their services. The parcel did arrive safely and in a timely manner though, Ill give them that.

I thought think were going great. Then I decided to track my parcel to see if it had been delivered. My tracking number was not recognised so I have no idea if the parcel was delivered and it met the next day timescale.

The service was quoted as 5-8 days delivery but after 8 days, in tracking info, it still says waiting for export. I paid alot of money to send this parcel to Australia, because if the item doesnt fit we need to return to supplier within 28 days. Unacceptable

I am very disappointed in the service this time. It said when I booked it, the parcel would arrive in 5 -8 days. Sixteen days later the parcel has just arrived at destination. I also got email to say they were charging me £16.49 extra because my parcel wasnt the weight I told them, I can assure you it was weighed on professional scales. So on top of the £42 pounds original cost, that I think is excessive charge for postage. Cost more than the contents of the parcel. Will be shopping around in future. Not a happy bunny ????

Have been using Parcel Monkey for well over 5 years and have not had a problem with them. They are collected from my mums address and delivered to me in Australia within 7 days. The price has gone up during COVID but still much cheaper than Royal Mail.

Great service it would have been 5 stars but one of our parcels arrived 2 days later than the others. Despite this parcels were tracked easily and arrived at the Pickup shop in Spain within 4 days pretty good service.
I do however find it strange that DPD don’t ship clothing but Parcel Monkey do vía the dpd service!!!!
Regardless good job Parcel Monkey will definitely use your service again.

Failed to collect 2 days in a row. Terrible customer care, just deflect questions and waste your time. Cannot contact courier directly. Avoid.

So far so good. The world of couriers seems to be a minefield of uncertainty, with lost parcels, damaged goods and seemingly NO comeback for customers. I have started using Parcel Monkey as they search for the best deal, which to date has proved to be cost effective, and touch wood, so far, no lost or damaged items.
