Great service

Well Id like to say well done but I cant. Booked the Courier couriers for a next day delivery and they never turned up. Booked the courier again and two couriers turned up. And then another. The client got their parcel with is great.. much better than Hermes who lost the parcel in their care.

Absolutely disgraceful service. They did not manage to deliver my parcel. I then had to chase on multiple occasions and they still didnt sort the issue. They have now refused to refund the postage already paid. Update - they have just replied but did not sort out my issue. They simply told me over and over that they apologised for what happened. When I asked for a refund I was told it was not possible and that I should send a complaint FAO Manager which I have now done and await a reply.

Simple process to register and obtain comparative costs to deliver package, in my case from Northern Ireland to Germany. Chose the most suitable method for me, which was to drop off at local Post Office and the parcel was delivered within a couple of days, which was much sooner than expected as I normally allow up to 7 days.
I have used Parcel Monkey before and each time have been totally satisfied with their service.

Absolutely appalling customer communication & service. First time Ive used them & never again! They fail miserably at keeping clients updated/informed. All they say is " please be patient". They never give updates on locating lost items & I had to do all the chasing for information. Evene on the Live chat facility, it shows message read but nobody responded despite a lengthy wait. This is just avoiding a difficult enquiry, from a disappointed client. After 1 month & having sent my parcel global priority, they still havent delivered or even located my parcel. Absolutely shocking customer service.

This was the first time I was sending an item via a courier so was very stressful for me. It worked out very well and was a simple process and I was able to select collection from home or drop off point. I chose collection and they picked it up the following day. The parcel was sent on a Thursday from Uk and arrived in Singapore on the following Monday. Highly recommended to chose the correct service for you to send a package.

Said they tried to collect and that it wasn’t there when it was. 8 massive boxes. Couldn’t really miss them. No one tried to call me or ring my door. No one from our post room had been asked about it. 24 hour express you are not! Another package arrived with glass broken and smashed. Corner of the box was ripped off and looked like it had taken a good beating. I had package very well and could not believe the state of the boxes. The instructions for the driver were to call someone when they arrived, which was also in bold big letters on the door, which they did not. And they also left the cardboard boxes in the rain.

Terrible service. Took 5 attempts to pick up a package for delivery from my home address and they were not interested nor did they follow up on why it had happened by the agent. Refund a few weeks later, no compensation and their text only customer services are a joke as you have a different person every time you reply to a message rather than a single point of contact.

I was returning a very large rug and on the recommendation of the rug company I used parcel monkey. It exceeded my expectations- so straightforward, clear and affordable.
My box was collected the next day and received by the company the day after despite being the other side of the country. I will definitely use them again.

I was absolutely surprised at the speed of the delivery it arrived in Denmark on the Monday and I only posted it on the Fridayand the wrapping was still in tact as I posted it I am so very pleased my daughter hter in law told me about you and it saved me a lot of money.
