From start to finish of returning my parcel the process couldnt have been easier. Collected parcel during designated time slot & delivered on time for myself to receive a refund from the seller. Highly recommend the service & was reasonably priced as well as the seller quoted a higher price to return the parcel. I can definitely say I will be using this service again.

Easy to use, fast, cheap, absolutely did what it said it would do. However box got some really rough handling on the way as metal containers were crushed as were cardboard boxes. However the content inside storage containers was intact. I did not make a complaint, so no idea what the response would have been. I will use again.

This is the second time I’ve used this service. It was even more simple than the first due to most information not needing re re-inputting .
The parcel was collected on Monday at my local UK post office and was delivered to the address in Canada on the following Friday.

Forget this if you opt for Royal Mail priority Parcel handed into Post Office Friday Still at high cost not delivered to Australia 7 days later Will never use again Use a courier service like DPD - they do what they say they will do

This company is a total joke as for parcel force also they broke my item I sold on ebay and refused to give me a reimbursement even after showing the damage done to the item im now out of pocket as had to refund the buyer and have a broken vintage jewellery box please dont use this company stay far far away u better off delivering the item yourself ????????????

Thank you Parcel Monkey. My parcel to New Zealand, which contained a home made gift for my nieces new baby, arrived safely and on time. The online booking process was simple and the labels printed easily. The courier arrived to collect the parcel on the notified day.
It was simple to track the parcel online, and I was able to see that it had been delivered.
As postage around the world has been badly disrupted due to the pandemic, I was happy to pay for a courier service, to ensure that my parcel arrived quickly.

3 Parcels to India were sent and we had the most harrowing experience ever... you have absolutely no idea of the destination country rules and the result.... delayed delivery, additional customs payment in spite of a Invoice ... Parcel Monkey, you sure need to take a more comprehensive approach and not let customers like us down especially after paying hefty charges for the courier.

As my son lives in Mexico I occassionally have to send packages/parcels to him as I did for my grandsons 1st birthday this week. The present arrived safely and on time just as I had hoped. Well done Parcel Monkey and DPD. A much better result than my last effort with a competitor company.

Booked for a collection for Friday and guess what they didnt turn up. Do not take for granted the collection dates with this company. Will not use again, didnt go on price but on the apparent good reviews which I find hard to believe.

The delivery was unacceptable allegedly driver called at delivery address 11.59 am, claimed no one there and left a card. I found this strange as a business address. The tracking details changed at end of day to say called at 16.59 again claimed no one there and package returned to depot. I contacted the recipient following day and said no card left and address was occupied all day. I was contacted by recipient later that day who said delivery was made because normal driver saw package sitting in depot.

Paid for a parcel to be colleced and delivered overseas. Parcel was returned. No note. After complaining and waiting a week, was given a screen shot of the courier claiming the parcel was signed by the customer. It was not. They then claimed the parcel had been incorrectly packed. It was on a packed professionally. No explanation, no refund, total cowboy service.
