This is always my first port of call for sending parcels - ebay etc. You get a good choice and I usually opt for a service that collects from my home - covid proofing. The site is very clear and easy to operate.

Can someone please contact me I shipped 3 cases to Caymen and they have been delayed. They weigh at most 75kg I weighed as 65kg and now I’m told they are charging for 175kg. I think they scanned the 3 cases complete weight 3 times. Please can you contact me urgently as this is clearly not correct and cases have been delayed. My family are stranded in Caymen without their belongings. I’m worried. I am unable to access a phone number or access an email address for assistance. I will update my review as things progress. From England to Canada, this was the easiest, most strait forward and cheapest (BY FAR) of any parcel I have sent.
My Post Office to the destination address took 4 days!!

The person picked it up where it had been left. The process is straightforward with printing the labels and they are extremely reliable.

Very bad service. We booked a parcel to be collected on the same day Thursday 24 September for next day delivery, for which we paid a premium price of £31.97. It was arranged to be collected by Dpd. It was not collected and it was only by calling Dpd that we found out it had not been booked. We asked parcel Monkey helpline, and they said they will get back to us. This did not happen, and we called Dpd on Friday 25 Sept again, and they had not been instructed again! Parcelmonkey helpline chat only offered to rebook it for Monday 28th September!!! We asked for cancellation, and they said the refund will take 3-5 working days - not acceptable as they take their payment immediately. This is a very bad service and we shall not be using them again!

used Parcelmonkey to find the cheapest way to send an important parcel with maximum confidence that it would arrive safely. I have had bad experiences with some companies (the very cheap ones) and steer clear of them.

Absolutely wonderful service ! I had all my shopping sent to my sister in law. She boxed it up and sent me the measurements and weight . I did the orders and they were collected by a lovely gentleman the following day . On a flight that evening and in Brunei 4 days later !!!

Was online to write a scathing review of one of your competitors, and realised I should say some nice things about you. Having used your service several times, I cannot fault it.
I cannot say how good your customer service is, because I have never had to use it. Send parcel, pay, parcel delivered.

Used this company twice and have had extra charges levied on me twice. The first time I ignored it, but was extremely accurate on the second parcel to Dubai to avoid any extra charges. Air Express didn’t arrive within the specified time of which I paid for. Company isn’t responsible for customs holding which is understandable albeit frustrating. I have queried the extra charge this time around and was told to send a photograph of the parcel showing the correct labelling and with a measuring tape alongside?? I’m sorry I don’t have that information. I stupidly thought when I signed the declaration that was sufficient. Somebody is profiteering somewhere and it’s not the customer.

Worked well - easy to place order and print labels etc. Unfortunately some of the plastic plates in the delivery arrived broken. I suspect this would be due to the carrier used rather than Parcel Monkey themselves. Would have needed some serious rough handling.

why am I being asked to review the service when it has not been carried through? my luggage is still where it was supposed to be collected from, and there has been a complete lack of communication (wherein I wasnt even informed when my luggage was returned). It is my first time to send a parcel overseas and I was worried that it goes missing on the way. However, the dpd were very efficient and came collect it from my place & delivered it promptly. It took one day longer than expected but I planned ahead & made sure to have enough time just in case.
