Bit pricey but given the unforseen lockdown and ban on incoming goods and freight from the UK, my parcel still got to Ireland in time for Christmas so I have no complaints. Very easy service to use. Will definitely choose this over royal mail when sending packages to Ireland in the future.

You collected the Parcel on Friday 18th December, I was expecting the parcel will be delivered in 3 days to its destination in France, because I paid for "International Priority shipping services". However until today 25th December, the parcel is still NOT delivered.

Iv sent my parcel to Ireland on the 14th no less and its still not in Ireland. Tracking tells me its exported? Did the plane crash? Iv not had any update whatsoever since the 17th.

2 parcels dispatched - one to Scotland one to France (with different carriers). Both arrived quickly and I was able to track their progress. So I am a happy customer

I live in a dormitory with security & reception area, which means that for me to be able to pass you the parcel the collector have to ask the receptionist to call me down or at least to give me a call on my mobile number I already provided you with. Non of these had happened and therefore the parcel is still with me.

Easy to use Service. I chose Parcelforce UK delivery was 2days, excellent. Europe a few more days. Parcels were intact. I would certainly use Parcel Monkey again

If there was an option for no stars I would be using it. Same day pick up and next day delivery through DPD turned into next day pick up and delivery who knows when. My advice - dont bother, you cant talk to anyone and therefore dont get any answers.

I’ve used Parcel Monkey many times and I understand delays around Xmas, but I booked a premium 2 day service & allowed extra days for delivery due to Xmas and the parcel still arrived late & delivered in 5-6 days. So why is it acceptable that I paid extra for 2 days service?

I have used Parcel Monkey 3 times recently to save money.
I booked a Parcelforce collection, the service was just as good as booking direct but much cheaper.
The service was excellent. I will use Parcel Monkey again and can highly recommended.

I’d never used this site before and needed to send a heavy microwave back to the company. The site gave me several options and an excellent price. Parcel collected the next morning and delivery to depot messaged to us. Great service!

Absolutely awful. Posted on 10th Dec. It is now 10pm on 24th Dec & the parcel has not been delivered. No updates. I contacted them using website & was contacted by Parcel force saying they could not help as Parcel Monkey are responsible not them. Shocking & very disappointing as website said 3 day delivery. I sent early to allow for delays but 2 weeks delay?!! Terrible & upsetting.

Even when the boarders closed and the Royal Mail went kaput, parcel monkey managed to get my parents Xmas present Uk-France in 4 days and that includes the weekend, my parent won’t get to see us because of COVID but at least they got our gifts in time
