I posted to Portugal on December 16th aiming to receive before Christmas, regargind the estimated date was the 22nd. The pick up was fast and the tracking updates were good up until it arrived in Portugal. Up to today I havent received my parcel, either any reply regarding my order. Tried to contact the company, but with no luck, and have been checking the tracking, but there is no updates since the 20th.

4 parcels, 3 to Yorkshire, one to Sweden. 2 arrived on time and were well tracked, Another arrived safely but was not tracked. The 4th. arrived safely but much later than expected. It was held for a long time at Copenhagen. Tracking was not very good.

First time using Parcel Monkey to get my gifts to family as my plans to travel had to be cancelled. Effortless from start to finish. Parcel arrived two days after pick up and in sound condition. Will definitely use again.

Prompt confirmation of booking. Have used DPD before so knew what to expect. Collection was on agreed day and time. Bearing in mind covid issues at the moment the parcel left the UK the same day and was delivered on the expected day in Spain. Spanish end of DPD, Seur, could be more tech savvy in using updates to the expected delivery time schedule on the day of delivery but otherwise all good.

Delivered on time all over the country. Customer service second to none. When a delivery address changed due to covid restrictions customer service agents rearranged new delivery quickly and efficiently. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

After following your clear guidelines on how to pack my parcel I ordered a collection by your driver who arrived at 2pm on Friday and explained what would be the procedure to deliver it and how it would be transported to the South of France. I was very surprised and delighted to learn that the parcel had been delivered safely by Monday, so I can only thank Parcel Monkey UK for their excellent service and will use them again.

Your stupid app omitted the Click & Collect code from the Parcel Force address label and the parcel was refused at the collection point. Impossible to speak to a human being at Parcel Monkey so spent 45 minutes on the phone to Parcel Force depot in SW London and they were very helpful and sorted out the problem. Shame I can’t leave a zero stars review!

I paid for a collection, parcel was due to be collected on Friday, no one came so I checked online and it stated that someone had been and we didn’t answer the door. I was in all day as was my partner so we checked our cctv and it showed that in fact no one had been to our address all day. I therefore rang them to find out what was going on and they confirmed what it said online so I explained that we had checked our cctv. They couldn’t care less and just said we would have to wait until Monday, there was nothing they could do. Monday came, no one had turned up by mid afternoon, online it still stated Friday’s collection so I rang them and was told that no one was coming to collect it because the boarders had closed. Yet no one had informed me that they wouldn’t be coming, not even an email. The lady on the phone was very rude and abrupt and again couldn’t care less, she just told me to claim a refund, which is all well and good but it didn’t help with the fact that my parcel (which contained Christmas gifts) was still at my house and had they collected it at the original date it would have left before the boarder closed, she couldn’t care less. Very disappointed with this service.

Pick up on time but the parcel is not delivered yet, over 2 weeks and was international priority. Still dont know when will be delivered, shouldnt use unreliable companies.
