Extremely good service. Required urgent Christmas present delivery following tier 4 announcements. Parcel monkey found me a great deal with DHL who collected my parcel on Monday and delivered it on Tuesday. Excellent!

We posted 2 parcels/boxes from Manchester, just before Christmas, at the height of Covid restrictions- one to Sweden and one to Scotland. Both arrived in good time and in good condition. I was pleasantly surprised at the price for both and how easy it was to print off labels etc. I would definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

Arranged home collection and next day delivery using DPD via PARCEL MONKEY.
Valuable childrens xmas presents to two different addresses in Greater London.
Collected at precisely the named time and delivered exactly at the planned times.
Good communication throughout the process and photos of parcels at the delivery doorsteps.....amazing....and the kids got their presents on time!

My only constructive criticism would be to get a pickup / delivery of am or pm.

Brilliant from start to finish so easy to use.. Used DFD as usual. Left parcel at store 11am telephone call from recipient at 9.30 next morning to say it had just arrived.

I’m sorry it’s not your fault really but it still hasn’t arrived - three weeks tomorrow and Xmas over. Apparently my son tracked it Christmas Eve and it was close but drove off the other direction and still hadn’t arrived by 7pm - he had to go then. I’m not sure if it has turned up yet, probably not with Xmas but he didn’t get his presents anyway

Excellent service, due to vivid restrictions we had to send gifts by post. We used 24 hour express service. Parcels picked up as requested and delivered as stated. We were pleased that they were delivered well in time for christmas. The price was also very competitive.

Items were picked from home on Tuesday and delivered intact on Wednesday. There were emails telling us when it would be picked up and trackers and another email showing it had been delivered. The price was the best we could find so all in all, couldnt be improved
