All went really well , just would be better if parcel could be dropped at a collection point as I work full time so difficult to organise , I was off that day but although came at designated time3pm ish was restricting

Great prompt service from Parcelforce through Parcel Monkey! I was dubious about using Parcel Monkey again as I had the worst service from them in 2019 when a parcel sent with DPD through Parcel Monkey took forever to arrive at its destination in Helsinki, so thought Id try my luck with Parcelforce through Parcel Monkey this time. The service was impeccable! Posted on a Friday, arrived in Helsinki 6 days later, well in time for Christmas. Thank you Parcel Monkey. The moral of this story is, if you send parcels with Parcel Monkey, choose Parcelforce as your carrier not DPD.

When Christmas had cancelled, we need to exchange The Christmas presents with my family, l am I Surrey my family in Lincolnshire, We didn’t think they can do just before 4 days to Christmas and busy time, but They did.Thank you to the Parcel Monkey, 24 hours all presents exchange. Made happy all the kids and at least little bit of Christmas become normal 2020

Parcel Monkey saved Christmas! I managed to get 2 large boxes of presents delivered to family 200miles across the country at very short notice (thanks Boris). Door to door service at a reasonable price - fantastic!

I would have given them no stars at all, but it doesnt give the option. My parcel arrived at its destination completely vandalised, with goods worth of more than £350 missing, not to mention their sentimental value. I wrote to customer service a week ago and I havent heard anything back and probably will not. Do not send anything with this company if you dont want to get robbed. Stay away from it! This is my advice

Disappointed to be charged an additional, albeit minor, fee where the haulier claimed a pair of gloves weighed 25kg instead of the 0.6kg I had indicated. No response from parcel monkey.

The process of ordering the courier and labelling the parcel was straightforward, and the service was reasonably priced though I would have preferred the tax to have been included in the initial quote rather than at checkout. I had a message to say when to expect the pickup between 10 and 11 the next morning but he/she didnt turn up. I phoned the help centre twice before getting through to find he/she would pickup before 6pm and he eventually arrived about 5 minutes to 6. The parcel was delivered to the destination a day late but undamaged. To be fair it was during an extraordinarily busy period in the fortnight before the Covid Christmas, so some delay could have been expected, but neither the recipient or I felt that the tracking/communication services were totally satisfactory.

I heard how good Parcel Monkey are so used them to get a parcel over to France. Very easy, quick and reliable. A pity not able to offer delivery to London.

Excellent, as usual!
Plus: At the busiest time, especially this year, and being charged with getting a very large box of gifts to the Grandkids for Christmas, as late as 21 December (due to Covid) DHL dutifully delivered the box, in good condition, the next very day.

Our plan to deliver Christmas gifts scuppered by London being put into Tier4 the day before our planned visit. Thankfully we’d used Parcel Monkey before so knew it would be a reliable service. Turned out just as promised. Great result.
