I used parcel monkey to find options for sending a Christmas parcel. I chose DHL and they picked up arranged the next day. Even though it was their next day delivery it took 3 days to get there - given the increased demand this year I was ok with this.

I was surprised how easy it was to choose the carrier to best suit our needs. The order was placed 3 days before Christmas yet the parcel was collected the next day and delivered the following day. Excellent service at a time letters sent by Royal Mail were taking over a week.

My package was due to be picked up 6 days ago and delivered 2 days later (before Christmas) - which is why I paid the extra instead of using the post office. Unprecedented times with covid sure but ive still received no email to say anything, and the parcel is still in my house. The delivery driver simply turned up on the allotted day and said sorry I cant take it. So pretty bad service all in all.

Great service. Booked collection for next day. Message on the day confirming 1 hr window. Parcel collected and then delivered to mainland EU earlier than expected. Used them a few times now and will use them again. Definitely recommend.
