Parcelforce collected and the irish postal system delivered. Your just middle men who push the price down to take your cut. Effectively pushing workers pay to the minimum. I might sound hypocritical for using this service because its cheap Im no supporter of neo liberalism as the repercussions are there for everyone to see.

after 2 weeks of sending the parcel it still hasn’t arrived. Customer Service also could not help. Just told me they will contact the courier. Better going directly via the company and not the parcel monkey website. Avoid at all costs!

I organised the sending of a package to an address in Leicester and whilst completing the online form I needed to enter details to assist the delivery driver as the delivery address is difficult to locate. So, I decided to complete a box with information to assist with delivery. The box was the width of the page on the screen but when I began typing, I found it would only take a maximum of 28 characters! Entering, "ring 012345678910 for directions" is actually too long, at 31 characters... what use is that?

I went on to the site, which clearly detailed my delivery options. I opted for Parcel Force 48. I was given the opportunity to upgrade this, but didn’t. I was notified of the collection day ( although not any approximate time) A Parcel Force courier arrived mid afternoon, coincidentally delivering a parcel as well as collecting mine. I was able to track my parcel, as was the recipient- which was very useful. The parcel, collected on Friday December 18th was delivered on Tuesday 22nd- on time, unscathed! I shall use Parcel Monkey from now on.

Certainely not impressed this time since parcel I sent to France on 17/12/2020 has not arrived yet in time for Christmas which is obviously too late now, not even knowing if it will be eventually delivered or not,as tracking onto yr website DOES NOT provide any information whatsoever once parcel has left the U.K, very disappointed by yr service and would not recomend it !

Having missed the courier I contacted you to confirm when he would come back to another couriers I recieved an email from you telling me Courier had stopped delivering parcels and adviced me to cancel and re order with a different co. Having taken parcels down to hermes collection point, the courier then came to collect parcels not impressed with you to say the least and am still waiting for an apology and return of my money
