The process is made very easy and efficient. One out of four parcels took much longer than expected to arrive (9 days to Germany) but given the time of year (Christmas) we can be forgiving.

Absolutely brilliant and for a fantastic price too. Easy to use cannot believe the difference in price when using parcel monkey, I have already recommended their services to my friends and family and would definitely use them again when I have a parcel to send.

A parcel to the Netherlands picked up from my doorstep and delivered in 48 hours. Excellent service. Parcel going to Glasgow was delivered in less than a day in the week before Christmas. Considering the volume of parcels, Id say that was a good job. Parcel to Germany has been held up by the stacked up lorries but tracking is straightforward and I have every hope that it will arrive.

Parcel has yet to be collected and I paid for the 3-5 day delivery on Thurs 17th December. The parcel hasnt been collected yet so it wont be reaching Canada before 2021 at this rate

It was great! I sent stuff from the UK to Sweden and though it arrived later than first expected, they kept me updated and everyone we met along the way were very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend parcelmonkey to someone I love, and I’d definitely use it again.
