EXCELLENT SERVICE !
My parcel ( containing christmas presents ) was collected on the day they said it would be and delivered ( to the very happy recipient )when they said it would be.
A very efficient, easy to use, professional service and at a very reasonable price.
I would definitely use Parcel Monkey again

Great service from start to finish. This is the 3rd time Ive used Parcel Monkey and I couldnt fault them. The parcel was picked up on the day I requested and delivered the very next day, less than 24 hours later. I would recommend them highly.

Christmas cancelled by Boris on Saturday, packed up all the presents on Sunday and sorted collection and delivery on Parcel Monkey - 6 boxes of family presents collected from our house on Monday and all delivered by Wednesday, still 2 days before Christmas. Parcel Monkey saved our Christmas (with a bit of help from DHL and Parcel Force) - brilliant!

I cant give a fair review. My parcel has not been delivered even though I was estimated 2 days delivery time. To be fair the border closure to France may have impacted and also the Xmas holidays. However it would have been nice to be notified either way

Very pleased with safe delivery of my parcel from Dundee to Spain in 1 week. Very easy to book and drop off parcel at local collection point. Will definitely use parcel monkey again. Very competitive price.

Parcel monkey was great as always, unfortunately DHL picked the parcel up 24hrs late but to be honest disnt matter, it still got there the next day. Book early to make sure your package gets there on time. Much better than the post office and better value for money. Parcel monkey delivered in 24hrs, post office 3 weeks. Worth thinking about. See you again soon.

I tried to send a parcel through ebay to Sweden but parcel force wanted nearly 50 pounds. I went through you using parcel force and it cost15 pounds. It did take 16 days to arrive but thats not your fault.

Great service , despite a busy time of year . Despite me making an error in the delivery postcode , parcel force were great and their delivery man , crossed Edinburgh to deliver parcels on time .
