Brilliant service as I wasn’t sure how to post my Christmas parcel. However the information available helped me choose the right one for me. The only thing which could be improved is the list of prohibited items when you are close to ‘checking out’. This did not match the service I chose.

Well, just tell me please, how can a 19kg ???? to our beloved daughter in Tignes, French Alps, be collected from us living in a sleepy little village in Northamptonshire, England at 15.00 on a Monday arrive at destination at 12.30 on the Wednesday? Just 45.5 hours later!!
An absolute miracle!! Have been using this service two or three times a year for the past 7 years and have always been excellent and have never let us down but this year, with everything that has been going on in the world it has been just EXCEPTIONAL!

Easy to use and clear prices for the various options. We ended up using two separate courier services who both collected when they said they would and delivered on time. Both tracking elements worked well so we could see the parcels progress.

First time using the service, highly recommend. Due to London getting put into tier 4 we needed to get our sons Christmas presents to him. They picked up the parcel on the 21st from Lincolnshire and it arrived in London on the 22nd December. What a great service

Easy to use, ease of unregistered first use was great. Gives time to get the parcel sent and deal with the paperwork later. Not as much choice of carriers but that must be the Covid effect. Great interface and tracking function, would be of good use to a small business for the receipts and invoices

Although the process was straight forward the courier (Courier) didn’t come at the agreed time slot (texted to me), then the day after the tracking stated ‘delayed’. Numerous calls and Courier admitted they’d lost Mother in laws Christmas present - awful. Pursuing claim.

Made really simple to pick the cheapest / most convenient postage option. I went for next day with parcel force. Collection from my house was at a decent time in the morning. I was worried it wouldn’t end up being next day as it was Monday - Christmas week! However I had easy access to tracking info (as did the person I was posting too) and the large parcel was delivered 4pm the next day! Will 100% use again
