No company can please everybody, however Ive used parcel monkey several times now, yes Ive had problems, usually caused by awkward customers. Parcel Monkey offer very good customer service, coupled with very competitive prices, Id certainly recommend them, and will no doubt use them again. Thank you.

I had been recommended this site and found it easy to use. Good price. All I had to do was print off the label and drop at a local post office. No bother at all. Arrived when promised. Will use again.

My first time using Parcel Monkey and was pleasantly surprised on how easy it was and that I could put in all my parcel details for posting in the UK and abroad at the same time with just one payment at the end. As someone who had only ever just gone to the Post Office to have a choice of suppliers were great and the fact that some of them come to you to collect - double bonus. Will only now be using Parcel Monkey going forward.

Excellent service. Used Royal Mail 48 hr delivery to Belfast on 3 occasions and it arrived on time, during the Christmas rush. Definitely use again.

The Parcel Monkey website worked well. Easy to compare prices and service. I chose Parcel Force 24hr tracked. It took Parcel force 24hrs to pick up the consignment and 48hrs to deliver it. Not a great problem, but was not as advertised. Not the fault of Parcel Monkey

I cant believe how effective this was. The parcel was picked up here in the west of Scotland at 4.15pm and was delivered by 10.50am the next day down south of Bristol. Great service.

I really delighted with the service offered by Parcel Monkey: able to select from a wide variety of shipping options on offer, and choose one that suits me- for speed and cost of delivery.
So I measured and weighed my parcel, then selected an option from the many on offer. The paperwork needed for an international delivery is supplied and I filled in the contents and the cost online then printed to attach to the parcel along with my labels for postage.
In this instance, I dropped the parcel at the Post Office, getting a receipt when I handed it over the counter. As the parcel travelled I received messages about the status of the parcel and finally when it had been delivered. It’s very reassuring and is a service I have used over and over again , especially over these Covid times when you can’t travel and take gifts with you.

the site was easy to navigate on the whole, the price was comparatively good, the parcel was collected within a couple of days even though it was the festive season. I havent heard yet that it has arrived but it has only been a week and it has been holidays.

Paid for a 24hr Royal Mail Service, took more than 3 days to not be delivered, returned to me. 7 days later, still dont have the item back and the tracking hasnt been updated for 4 days.

Quick and easy parcel delivery to any country you wish to send a parcel to. I have sent a package for my brother not a long before Christmas and they still managed to get it to him on time for Christmas.

Amazing!!! My friend told me about Parcel Monkey and I am glad she did. So quick and easy and if you dont have a printer it doesnt matter just click the the Delivery service which says no printer. Will definitely be using again.
