I would recomend parcel monkey to anyone. I sent my parcel by courier and it was delivered to Edinburgh from Co. Durham in 24 hrs at a very good price. What more could you ask for at Xmas time when everyone is sending parcels. Excellent service

Cheaper than any other service, less faff with Customs forms, next day pick up and extremely quick delivery. Cant fault them.

Absolutely awful! Never picked up my parcel the fist day said they tried yet was sat in all day no one came next day they didn’t even say they attempted! Couldn’t speak to anyone on the phone and tracking didn’t work! Awful

Due to not being able to del Xmas goods by myself, we used your delivery service, and the goods were delivered before Xmas, thankyou for the service we had happy Gt. Grandchildren who received there gifts for the Big Day and all intact. Will use again if need to.Once again a Big Thankyou.

I send more time parcel the last time wash many mixed stuff. First when is collect the parcel say one and come after in a different day and time ! After delivering the is charged me again for a very small extra dkg! Just rubbish!

Parcel collected on time. However despite supposedly being Next Day Delivery , in fact a day three days hence give after collection. Despite being given two earlier time slots for delivery, parcel finally arrived five days after collection. However do appreciate demand is exceptionally high at present.

Parcel still not received. Many broken promises saying no one available which is strange as this is a works address. Tried contacting DPD but everything is done on line and they do not appear to carry out re deliver requests.

The website is clear, and it was easy to see which was the cheapest posting option for our parcel.
A very small criticism - The list did tell us whether the parcel needed to be dropped off or would be collected by the company, but I would like this information to be marked much more obviously.
I would definitely use this site again though, and have already recommended it to a friend.

Parcel Force 24 parcel still not delivered from 23rd December (today is 28th December). V upsetting as was Christmas gifts for my Mother who was at home (alone) for the whole period. It was less expensive that going direct but I do not have direct recourse with Parcel Force now. Not sure who to speak to to resolve and this could be a limitation of using this service.
