Amazing service! So inexpensive and reached Denmark before Christmas even though sent on 16/12. I was delighted as it was full of Christmas presents. Couldnt be happier and would highly recommend and will use again, for sure!

I booked online for a parcel to be collected today and delivered to Australia and paid £84.51. When the driver arrived he had a different delivery address to the one I had entered with the order so refused to collect. I contacted Parcel Monkey immediately and was told that the driver had not been given the correct information and the next pick up date available would be 5 days later. I stressed that this was unacceptable as the gift is for my granddaughter and this delay may mean it would not arrive for her 2nd birthday. The response was that this was the first available date and nothing could be done! I used this service thinking it was sensible to avoid visiting the post office within a tier 4 area but ended up having to do exactly that. In my opinion something should have been done to arrange a pick up tomorrow as the error was theirs but this was not possible - I would NOT use again.

2 weeks later i received an email saying i have to pay £12 to get the parcel back because the delivery address is incorrect. i have sent many parcel to that address. auto filled it and triple checked. my sister in law received 2 emails saying the parcel is in Europe and she has a date they said it will arrive. why should I pay extra to get it back if its correct.. i have printed the label they emailed me. barcode and everything.

I ordered two seperately insured ~£25 collections for delivery today with DX, and was only given a 09:00 - 17:00 collection time window. Nobody showed up whilst I was waiting all day, no notification what so ever. The only option I had was to rebook them, so now I have another full day of hoping somebody might another couriers. I contacted support who advised me that there was no compensation for "late collections", "as this is not a guaranteed service until collected." Unacceptable.

Sent on the 15th didnt arrive until the 30th for a 3 to 5 day international service. Make your own mind !!!!!

A very useful site. Due to cancellation of family Christmas, I wanted to send 2 large parcels to Aberdeen....a new experience. A simple, easy to use site, well laid out , giving choices of carrier, who offer different times for delivery and cost. Once chosen, payment and label printing trouble free. Bonus...the parcels arrived Christmas Eve!
Would recommend and use again.

Though I send large parcels infrequently, I always use Parcel Monkey to find the cheapest service to suit me. I have never experienced any difficulties and have been pleasantly surprised with the costs for sending parcels. Happy to recommend Parcel Monkey

Supposed to be delivered 3/4 days. I dropped it off on 18th. Didn’t even get picked up until 21st. It’s now 30th and apparently it out for delivery now. I know chaos was caused by borders being closed due to Covid, that’s not really this issue. It more that they don’t advise you that your package won’t be picked up the day you drop it off, they should tell you when the next pick up is due from the drop off point.

I paid for same day pick up and delivery courier, it took all day for them to find a driver, I had to keep calling for an update. With still no confirmations of any driver by 7pm that evening I cancelled the order with one of the operators, was promised a full refund, it’s now 2 weeks later and no refund in sight. I have sent emails and no replies in regards to my order. Definitely not using again.

Very easy to book and collection was good. Although the parcel was due to be delivered within 3 days nearly 2 weeks has passed and the parcel has not arrived in Switzerland

They never sent my parcel after not collecting for 5 days then had me pay to return it and only returned 2 out of the 3 and have stopped responding as to where the third one went. As they work with the courier you cannot take up the issue directly and parcel monkey does not respond.

I have used parcel monkey For 6 parcels in the last 3 wks - only 3 out of 6 parcels were delivered within the purchased allotted time. 2 were delivered a day late and 1 was delivered finally after 7 working days and not the 2 day delivery i had purchased. The tracking on all 3 of these Parcels was very poor, the international parcel was particularly poor. It is for this reason that i would not recommend parcel monkey

Appalling service. Failed to collect one day so rearranged for next day with instructions to collect from box just outside the house. Both times I had labels delivered to the letterbox at the end of the drive but no sign of the courier that was supposed to have tried to collect the parcel. The parcel remains in the box outside .. I am utterly disappointed in this, I thought that it was a good idea as the parcel is big and I dont drive but I will have to find another way now. I have asked for a refund.

The package was abandoned in Couriers office for one month and not delivered to the recipient within the 3-5 day window. No contact from Courier despite having the recipient details. It took many hours battling the offices of Parcel Monkey and Courier to locate shipping.... very disappointed. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE VERY DISAPPOINTED SERVICE. I shipped two packages on 17 November 2020 with delivery times as 3/4 days. To date no sight of either and no real explanation as to wha became of them. One has been in Customs (Kingston Jamaica) since 21.11.20. The other they say has been out for delivery since that date (Guadeloupe). We are told that the receipient has employed their own brokers to deal with Customs and delivery. The recipient have not even received a text/telephone/email from shippers. Very frustrating customer service department who repeatedly say the same thing and puts the burden on myself to track these packages. What a shambles - 2 weeks later and nothing has arrived. I could have posted this in the normal way by Post Office. Very disappointed as the event has past..... that the things were for.
