Unfortunately a parcel had an estimate time for collection between 2-3pm. Had to use the online chat at 5pm to say it hadn’t been collected, to be told could be up to 6pm. Then at 6pm was told to wait till 6.30pm. This parcel was for a delivery tomorrow. Online chat informed me they had rescheduled for tomorrow, unfortunately having had to wait in all afternoon I couldn’t take the following day off work. Chat sorted the cancellation and my request for a refund should be done in 3-5 days.

I have used their services in the past and was not dissapointed, I am a foreign student studying in the UK and was trying to move back home, I had two parcels on with my clothes and one with my monitor. My parcels were stopped in the french border and I was charged with a duties tax charge(a big one at that, keep in mind I am a student I do not have a steady income). I tried communicating with parcel monkey and they have made it hard as physically possible. Their UK office has only email support tickets and no live chat, They threw all the blame to the company they used for my parcels which is DPD which funny enough DPD claims that any change for the parcel are Parcel Monkeys fault. My support ticket has been left unresolved and the time for me to pay the charge is running out. I personally blame Both companies hence the writing of this review for parcel monkey.Though I understand that Brexit played a role in this charge, There was no attempt to comminicate this possibility before hand or have a warning when filling out the Parcel Monkey forms , nor it makes sense for my personal belongings which I have purchased years ago which have more sentimental value than anything be charged like that. I would not reccomend using them to send parcels abroad or vice versa. Please for your sake stay awake from them.

This was the first time Ive used Parcel Monkey, having been recommended by a colleague. The booking process was simple to do and the parcel was collected on the day advised. It was delivered the following day, again, as promised. My only gripe is that I wasnt given any indication of time of collection, so had to take a chance that Id be in when they called. Fortunately, I was.

This is the first time I have used Parcel Monkey, sent a parcel to Australia and it arrived 1 week later... brilliant!!!
I used Parcels 2 Go a few times before but had such bad service, the last parcel was returned to me 6 weeks later with no explanation so sent it again with Parcel Monkey.... no problems, will be using again

Difficult to use website, expensive couriers and need a printer or smart phone to operate. Excludes many people who dont have these facilities.

Terrible customer service. A shipment was meant to be delivered in 5 working days. For 1 month the tracking number showed no update. 1 week after they finally said a claim for loss was opened the tracking information was updated, so they said that they will no longer proceed with the claim. 10 days and still no update, the item was not delivered and the recipient has not been contacted. The shipment has clearly been lost and they are ignoring my messages. I have contacted trading standards.

DO NOT USE Parcel Monkey do not care about customer service at all, they promise a collection then no one turns up. You complain and all they said is do you want to cancel it then Had multiple issues with them!

I sent a parcel International although we have had tracking throughout the recipient is yet to receive the parcel and I am STILL WAITING to find out why it has been returned to depot. I will not be using the service again as we have no idea what the issue is and how to resolve it.

a month ago i send out two parcels worth £1500 (£750 each parcel) - they were destined for Spain - However Parcel monkey failed to give the courier the correct information so the parcels got returned to Parcel Money. I have to say I will NEVER EVER use this company again - as to now ....a month on I am still without my parcels.... I am getting fobbed off daily with standard script replies and they now tell me to contact the claims dept!!!! ....we are talking about two parcels that are worth a fair amount and are Large!!! I fail to see how no one appears to want to sort this out and how they can possibly loose two LARGE boxes!!! absolute shambles of a company - you cannot contact them via the telephone and they have now chosen to remove themselves from twitter and facebook - I assume this is because of the complaints!!! NEVER EVER send anything of value through this company - once they have been paid for a shipment they just DONT CARE!!!!

I sent a parcel on the 12th of December. It was never delivered. Today is March 2nd, and after weeks of messages and complaints they said my parcel "has been damaged" and I cannot have any compensation. I am FURIOUS. Their customer service is appalling, they have a chat and no phone number, and they always reply that "you will hear back in a week" and reply after 4-5 weeks. I havent even got a refund for my package, or any explanation on why its lost. It was a Christmas parcel for my family, and needless to say they ruined it. WORST SHIPPING SERVICE EVER.
