Still waiting for a refund on my parcel cancellation!!!

After ordering a next day collection for my 2 parcels, they failed not once, not twice but 3 times to collect the parcels. Absolutely ridiculous the support was abysmal with generic replies and no communication or help with the matter. I had to take 3 days off work!! I will be finding somewhere else a bit more reliable than parcel monkey

I will never use Parcel monkey ever again. This is the worst service i have ever received. I wish it was possible to rate below 1 star. The service i received was worst than zero. What also make this service more awful is that they have bad bad customer service support team with little or no knowledge about their role. I attempted to send a parcel containing some items to my sister in Ukraine from the UK. My parcel was returned as I included prohibited item (A perfume) to the parcel, which i was unaware about. I completely accept their policy. Along with my returned parcel, I receive a note from the vendor informing me that i am due a refund of my money except for a £20 handling fee/charge. This note i believe explained how to go about claiming some of my money back. I lost the note. About 2 weeks after my parcel was returned, I had an additional charge of £6.49 taken from my account without my consent. They claimed that parcel was "laser scanned for precise measurement and volumetrically calculated by the carrier". Their out of touch customer support team ask me to provide a picture of my parcel sent ( I already rebooked and shipped parcel). I also contacted Parcel monkey out of touch customer service team about my refund and was initially informed that i do not qualify for one as i included a prohibited item as with my parcel. I requested to be informed about their complaint policy to enable me escalate the case to the appropriate body. Another out of touch member of their customer service team then responded that "We are pleased to offer you a refund of £40.39". This is around £8 less than what i was expecting. I requested for a breakdown to why refund is less than what i expected and also asked about their complaint policy. Their out of touch member of their customer service team responded by answering a question totally different from what i asked. I am very disappointed with this service and I WILL PROBABLY NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY AGAIN.

The worst Delivery Service ever, my parcel is stolen/lost, even havent left the UK international Hub, unfortunately already almost 3 months past, parcel is very expensive, 460 pounds in total, service is terrible. Not confident staff are working there, no investigation, no information, I even provided them with invoices and bank history to prove my purchase, still nothing is done. Please, guys dont use this service.

I have always used parcel monkey, but l am very disappointed as my sister has been charged for the first time. I had no idea Courier would do such a thing. Do you they have hidden fees that your customers are not aware of? I have a receipt to prove it.

Took a bit long and sometimes A delay before knowing the destination on tracking. Then again there was a tracking log placed a day early before so stating the parcel arrived on March 10 when it was still only March 9

I was outraged to receive a demand for €17:50 for customs charges and handling charges for this package containing gifts for my grandchildren in France. The total value of the gifts was £30 and I had filled in the required customs form following dpd instructions. On closer investigation out of all the items within the package that they charged for was a child’s colouring book, valued at £1:50. This was patently wrong, but I had to pay the charge or the package was going to be returned to me at my expense. Please Parcel Monkey, get this sorted.

Hilarious that you contact me now when the parcel is still stuck in Sweden somewhere. This was sent Air Express nearly 2 weeks ago...and is still undelivered.

I’ve used Parcel Monkey for ages, never had a problem with them and always give the best options for shipping! If you have a larger parcel to ship I would 100% recommend going via Parcel Monkey to get the best price

I requested a parcel to be collected on Monday. It is now Thursday and Parcel Monkey cannot tell me why it hasnt been collected and told me to re do another order. Its for my parents who are in their 80s and dont have a printer so cant reprint anything and Parcel Monkey dont care and cant explain why it hasnt been collected

Diabolical - They are like a budget airline - ok until something goes wrong... Over 100 messages and they just dont care. Despatched: 18th December 2020 - Lost: 9th March 2021 Parcel Despatched - Arrived Madrid for delivery - Incorrectly sent to Portugal - Parcel Monkey did nothing - Customer had to arrange return to Madrid - Arrived Madrid and courier lost parcel. I REJECTED THEIR COMPENSATION OFFER AND THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL THANKING ME FOR ACCEPTING IT..... DO NOT USE "PARCEL MONKEY"......

I have used Parcel Monkey on several occasions. Although it sometimes takes a little longer than stated, it is always easy to see where the parcel is with excellent tracking updates. I have used it to send parcels to NZ. Will look no where else

Great I I spent two weeks trying to send my parcel with myhermes with no luck I will never use myhermes again
then my son told me about parcel monkey & within a few minutes all sorted to be collected the following day & on a next day delivery, I will always use parcel monkey in the future

Used Parcel Monkey to help get the best price to return a rolled up foam mattress (not heavy or large, never opened so vacuum sealed). Happy to pay the £22.12 quoted, got an email to say I had given wrong measurements and weight was less than I had estimated, and a further £52.60 was going to be debited from my account! I emailed to ask for an explanation and no reply. £74.72 has been taken in total from my account without any clear explanation.

Returned it to ME 26th FEBRUARY telling me it is a "Prohibited item", even though all details were entered on the Parcel Monkey website for the booking, stating it was a plastic suitcase, for return to the supplier. Parcel Monkey arent giving me straight answers why they FAILED to do their job. I am out of work now and was relying on the refund, of £200, from the supplier. Obviously 3 months on and its still not been returned because of Parcel Monkey not being able to do a simple job, collect a package, transport it and deliver to the recipient address. Absolutely USELESS and their BS complaints service. Disgusting service.

Shocking service, chose to ship internationally through Parcel Monkey, however my parcel got held at customs and is now apparently being returned to me however I have not received it. Customer service was awful literally just kept sending me scripts and did not take ownership. Might as well not be a customer service team. DO NOT USE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
