Can’t rate this high enough. Having had so many parcels disappear via Royal Mail the ease of this courier service was amazing. Picked up from home Monday morning, arrived at my parents house in Spain, Friday morning. Just great. Will definitely use again.

Well what a surprise it was lucky my parcel got there at all. Did it say on your school report must try harder. If you cannot find the number i gave you which coincidentally is correct then find it yourself and pay the compensation that is due. Parcel monkey are excelling to new levels of stupidity. Get a grip.

IVE NEVER BEEN OFFERED A COLLECTION FROM MY HOUSE BEFORE TILL PARCEL MONKEY MADE THAT AVAILABLE TO ME WITH PARCELFORCE 48. THIS HELPED A LOT SINCE IT WAS A LARGE 7KG PARCEL. THE PICK UP WAS AS PROMISED, THE TRACKING WAS ACCURATE AND THE PARCEL ARRIVED PRECISELY AS EXPECTED, AND IN GOOD SHAPE. I WOULD USE PARCEL MONKEY AND PARCELFORCE 48 AGAIN.

Parcel hadn’t got there snd there is no one to call to find out the problem normally use a different service will revert back to them in future The tracker says it’s being returned to me not good enough never had problems in the past this after 9 days

Peggior servizio in assoluto!! Ho spedito un pacco da 20kg contenente cose importanti il 08/02/2020, è passato un mese e il tracking del pacco è ancora fermo al 10 di febbraio e segnato come "esportato". Il loro servizio clienti è il peggiore che abbia mai visto. Non hanno un numero di telefono e le risposte che ricevi in live sono per la maggior parte automatiche. Li ho contattati circa 30 volte, hanno detto molteplici volte che hanno già aperto uninvestigazione e contattato lazienda utilizzata per spedire il pacco. NON È VERO. Ho contattato personalmente lazienda (la quale non poteva aiutarmi perché potevano rispondere solo a parcel monkey) e hanno detto che non hanno ricevuto nessuna mail per aprire uninvestigazione. SERVIZIO PESSIMO. Per spedire gli altri pacchi ho utilizzato TNT e sono arrivati in super orario perciò la scusa del Covid non è assolutamente vera! Spero lazienda fallisca.
