Having been grossly let down by UPS in what I can only describe as a total shambles - I was desperate to get a customer order delivered to the USA. I was able to select the courier I wanted to use and was able to customise the insurance amount for my package (very reasonably priced it was too). Was able to track the parcel easily and it arrived safe and sound within the 3-4 days promised. Excellent service would not hesitate to use again. Just a shame I didn’t use this in the first place!

My parcel was posted on 17.02.21. To date the tracking is showing that my parcel is being prepared for export. It has been at this stage since 19.02.21 so 11 days. No update and no information about when it will leave the UK / arrive in Australia. Very frustrating!

The follow up support is useless, i find we go round in circles saying the same thing forward and back. One phonecall could fix complaints but they refuse to do so. Would not issue a refund for a parcel they didnt deliver. It was fully labelled properly with all address details and contact numbers. The courier said it had no address even though it had full address that was stamped by them in their polish depot which was were it was going.

I noted the parcel was delivered and "signed for". When I spoke to my friend she said it was usher thro the letter box.. The packaging was slightly damaged because of this. My friend was in when delivery was made.

ParcelMonkey is a well-priced service - unfortunately the reduced price for Royal Mail service was reflected in my parcel taking 7 days not 48 hours. In the first 24 hours it went backwards, and was mis-sorted and sent to the wrong part of London, and then spent a quiet 3 day weekend in the National Hub before getting in the right van. Disappointing!

Honestly delighted. Wanted to post a parcel to my nephew abroad. Very easy to use website. Good choice of couriers with great price deals. Email quickly with clear instructions. Parcel collected as promised, on time. Clear tracking details to both me and the recipients. Easy for them to pay customs charge when calculated. Arrived on time in promised time slot. Made it such an easy process we’re going to make it a monthly thing!!
