I have used parcel monkey uk, on numerous occasions, and they are my go to company when I need to send parcels. I think their prices are really less expensive than going to the post office etc. The forms are really easy to use and you get an excellent choice of options when it comes to the couriers.
I would highly recommend using them.

BEWARE! Parcel Monkey charged us a significant amount to sent to Israel, which was fine during these time. However the item arrived in Israel, so I tried to contact their courier who were holding it at their customs, unfortunately the courier could not speak to us due to the customers name being on the parcel. So our customer contacted them to which they said no parcel existed in the system, or was already on its way back to the sender, giving no further details to them. Parcel Monkey contacted us a few days later saying we had to pay a further £40 if we want our parcel back. Basically conned into sending a parcel they never delivered or refused to deliver then made us pay to get it back. For a high value item we decided to do this a refund our buyer. Terrible customer service when questioned and simply said "We are very sorry to hear this, please pay this invoice to receive your parcel back"

Hi I sent the parcel on 2nd January. On 4th February it was returned with no explanation. I wrote on the 4th asking for an explanation. I am still waiting. It is 21st February. I resent the parcel on 15th February. It still hasnt been delivered. It is stuck in disruption centre. But now it has taken so long the tracking shipment is not working.

The process for comparing prices was fine as was the printing of the label. However despite paying for next day service the parcel wasnt delivered until 2 days later and emails to Parcel Monkey asking about the reason for the delay or whether any refund was payable went unanswered.

After a week and a half, the parcel that I entrusted you to send to Ukraine, still has not reached its destination. And this was with the 3 to 5-day service! The parcel contained gifts for Valentines Day and Easter for a family of 2. I correctly and honestly completed the Customs Declaration and now Courier is requesting every receipt for the goods. The total value of the parcel is £106 and includes Chocolate Easter Eggs and a childrens painting set ..... I think that you must have sent this parcel as a commercial package and not a private person to a private person transaction. I have never had such an experience before and I certainly would not want to repeat this. The cost to send the presents was around 75% of the parcels value..... and the delay is totally unacceptable. I have sent similar parcels to Ukraine via the Post Office before and never had these issues. I cannot recommend using Courier via Parcel Monkey UK.

The customs form I had to fill in from Parcel monkey was ridiculous. It took me hours to find the correct code for each item. It was far too explicit in asking whether the clothing was for a boy or girl, then what it was made from. If it was mixed manmade fibres you had to know the percentage of each. Surely it would have been enough to know it was children’s clothing and a gift? Felt the cost of sending the parcel was a bit expensive. Once it reached Germany my son was asked to make an additional payment of 30 euros tax! Tracking system worked well, but the „5 day „ delivery service ended up being 9 days.

Asking me to leave feedback again, were you not happy enough with the feedback from last time when you asked me to rate the service even though my parcel hadnt been received and was showing no updates???? Maybe wait until a parcel has been delivered before asking for feedback and dont continually bombard clients when theyve already reviewed your service.
