Great service and great value
Royal Mail wanted over £250 and delivery time weeks.
Parcel monkey under £70 and delivered within a week. Very impressed.
Picked up at my home address and delivered to my daughter in Australia.
Will definitely use parcel monkey again.

I arranged for a parcel to be picked up in Hamilton. It was picked up when they said it would be and delivered to me the following day in Inverness. I thought it would take longer, so I was delighted. Will definitely use them again.

Booked a parcel for delivery with ParcelForce via Parcel Monkey. Delivery went perfectly - no issues there. Shortly after delivery my card was charged for an additional £52.60 as my parcel was 3cm/sq smaller and had a slightly lighter volumetric weight as a result. Their reasoning behind the charge was that "the parcel was incorrectly declared meaning that it took up additional space on the delivery vehicle". I have since tried to get an answer from Parcel Monkey as to how a parcel which was marginally lighter and smaller can warrant such a charge, but they cant give me a straight answer and the staff Ive spoken to via their online messaging system have been hopeless. Will return to another courier and pay a little more in future.

Fabulous, collected my parcel from my home address in the UK one Monday and it arrived at its destination in rural Australia the following Monday, 1 week later.
Previously my parcels were taking up to 4weeks to get to there destination, they are also cheaper than Royal Mail. will definitely be using them again.

Please, please DO NOT USE this service....I took the day off to be at home to make sure that parcel will be collected and obviously that did not happened, contacted customer service and been advised that courier will come next day, been asked to print new labels but have noticed that only one label was updated....Again if I will not spot this one of the parcels will not be collected...Next day I have asked adviser about update to make sure that my parcels will be definitely collected, I was not able to get any information from customer service....Awful service DO NOT USE IT, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Used this service before and its been great but this time is awful. Parcel was meant to be collected from Spain on Friday. Hadnt arrived by 6pm so i contacted them and was assured theyd be there by 8pm. No show. Then they close for the weekend so couldnt reach anyone and no phone number! Eventually had a message from them to say theyd be there on Monday which in itself was inconvenient but they said theyd get there by 11am. Didnt turn up AGAIN. Then they said, sorrt but someone will definitely be there on Tuesday (today) by 11am. NO SHOW FOR 3RD DAY. I messaged again and they said theyll TRY and go later on today but thats no good as my brother cant just sit in all day waiting for them. Terrible customer service. Ive requested a refund so i can use another courier but no reply. UK branch say once its passed to Spain they cant deal with it but i booked it through them so Id like someone to get back to me.

Excellent match up with cheapest courier, very smooth, and Parcelforce collected and delivered within 48hrs as promised. It would have been useful to know the driver would definitely have a label which would have saved me the bother of getting my printer out

I am a repeated customer who always using the website for international postage to send family and friends gifts abroad. Website is easy and value for money to use. However, this last year the couriers show a cost of postage that aims to deliver within 3 days (as they so called state on the website).Though that it is not the case, this is the third occasion i have used the website and making a payment for a parcel to be delivered within 3 days. Disappointing as it has been,each time the parcel has took 7-10 working days, sometimes missing the occasion i.e. birthday past due the date. The website should state that it will take 7-10 working days and only take payment for that type of service for customers like myself.

The page was really easy to navigate (step by step) and there were many couriers to choose from. I went for DHL - they picked it up next day and delivered the day after. I would definitely use parcel monkey again for ease and the prices were competitive too.
