I have used Parcel Monkey for years to ship parcels from the UK to my daughter and grandson in Colorado. They have never let me down, even through Covid-19. They offer a brilliant service with very reasonable rates and a good choice of carriers. Completely trustworthy, parcels arrive in one piece and cared for. Great service.

Simple service if everything goes ok. TOTAL CROOKS if there is a problem. They take an item worth £99 charge £17.03 to ship it. Lose it, take months to so called resolve the issue through an investigation with DPD, then when they are proved liable, refund £17.03. What happened to the £99 for the item. They admitted losing it, or rather letting it get stolen. Not a trustworthy company. Avoid as they are just brokers. Pay the extra and go direct with a main courier. Just for info DPD Local are run by Parcel to Go and NOT DPD. Had similar problems with them. Avoid these crooks as well. As a business, I send many items out and neither of these will be getting any more business from me.

A very simple site to use. I have used Parcel Monkey UK for the first time and It was simple to use. It searches the best deals compared to direct aces to the major businesses.
All the documentation can be processed at once including the labels for parcels.
I have used the site to send packages to the US with ease! I highly recommend Parcel Monkey UK

Absolute nightmare to deal with. After months and I mean months they still hadnt delivered our parcel. First they had to locate it.. then it was damaged and they could no longer ship it. Then they were returning it well that hasnt happened either! Then they message saying they want more information off us, so we comply give them everything they ask for then radio silence .. nothing no response until you complain again then they send you the exact same message saying they need more information!!! Not once but twice .. the exact same message in the last week. They say they will sort it but NO ONE does .. its beyond a joke now. And the kicker is they offer insurance and even though they have admitted its damaged we cant claim our insurance as the case is still ongoing.. ie package undelivered. REALLY PARCEL MONKEY THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. ITS FRADULANT to offer an insurance policy that you wont act upon because YOU yourselves havent delivered or returned the item.

The parcel was collected with no problems and was received in the final destination country in record time. But the name and house number was missing from the parcel. Which ment it didnt get delivered to the home address. The Parcel had to be collected from a post office. As the parcel was 17 kgs it was inconvenient.

Courier collection was due on Friday for next working day delivery on Monday in time for our daughter’s birthday. No one turned up from Courier by 5pm, but contacting Parcel Monkey was a waste of time - I was told by on line chat to wait until 6pm, I did, but no collection and then I could get no response from Parcel Monkey. Had to change collection to Monday and it was collected, but then we had a message from Courier saying they were collecting on Tuesday! Went on to Courier tracking which said they had not received the package! On Tuesday we had more confused messages about collection from Courier but in the end to our great relief the package was delivered on Tuesday afternoon. So un-coordinated, it’s not possible to trust that delivery will take place when required. So allow extra time.

This website was extremely easy to use. You do need to make sure you have weighed and measured the parcel prior to confirming the order. Collection of the parcel and delivery was exceptional. Value for money and I would highly recommend

Great until something goes wrong and you need to claim then you get "you never paid for guarenteed service". Surely paying extra for express 24 with insurance should not take a week. Even the courier company told me to claim as they admitted they were in the wrong. So as I said, great until you need help or a refund. Account will be deleted in 14 days.

Terrible customer service. I spent hours filling out the custom form to send my parcel to Ireland and booked my collection but never received the label. Upon making enquiries I was informed that the order had a prohibited item. I pointed out that the items were not prohibited as was clear from the list they had emailed me and they apologised and said they would have to cancel the order if it did not go through on a subsequent attempt. They have declined to respond to any messages since then and have taken payment but not organised collection nor confirmed they will cancel the order and refund my money. Disgraceful! Live chat doesnt work and they dont provide any telephone numbers.

Delivered overseas took only 7days very very impressive happy to recommend and use again. parcel was a 30kg box arrived at destination un damaged and in the same condition I sent it in, well done to all staff who respected the sent items. Great value for money.worth every penny.

I was sending a Pizza Stone to my son in Australia. It had been sent to the UK from Italy and arrived in perfect condition it was then my job to send it to Australia I was very worried that it would arrive in several pieces. Checked the reviews online and decided to use parcel monkey. It was collected promptly and could be tracked all the way to Australia it arrived in one piece and my son is now happy.

Great, swift and slick service. Easy to follow details. Maybe not the cheapest courier but I am happy to pay that little bit extra knowing my parcel is delivered safely and quick. UK to Bahrain in 3 days. Impressed and would recommend.

Simple enough to use however courier charged me extra £1.52 because a crochet blanket I sent was weighed in at 7kg instead of 1.4kgs (clearly impossible). The problem is as it is 3rd party there is no clear complaint route. The courier probably adds fees knowing it is too much work to complain for £1.52. I sent a different parcel at Christmas and it arrived damaged. Whilst those items were low value, again there was no clear way to complain. Bottom line, go direct to a courier or use the post office. It is clear that using a third party to utilise the service is detrimental to the customer experience.

"Parcel monkey no courier" PM "Ok good to hear, if you have any concerns please contact us" Me "What? it has not been collected" PM "OK we will pick up tomorrow between 0800 - 1900" Me "So I paid for a next day service that I am not getting?" PM "we apologise on behalf of the courier"

Most unhappy right now. Paid £19.85 to send a parcel containing a return of perfume to Bulgaria (a fake perfume copy - ripped off) to get a refund from said company. Paypal recommended me using Parcel Monkey. Filled out the customs label, entering the perfume description from the drop down box, along with the customs code from HMRC for sending perfume to Bulgaria. Parcel paid for on the Parcel Monkey website. Parcel labelled correctly. Collection arranged for the next day by DPD - all good up to this point. When the parcel arrives at Parcel Monkey, they email to say that the parcel is being held as it contains perfume & cannot be shipped to Bulgaria, as it is prohibited. I can either pay £12 (on top of the £19.85) to have it delivered back to me or they can destroy it for me, on site. Now stuck between a rock and a hard place with a second company ripping me off. Why allow you to enter all that information without telling you that it is prohibited? Why is it on the HMRC website giving you the customs code for perfume to Bulgaria, if it cannot be shipped? When I ask various questions like why does your system not pick this up/refuse your order, I am told that it is my responsibility to check prohibited items before sending the parcel. When I ask where is the prohibited list for a customer to check, I get directed to a list that is nowhere obvious in the first place when making your order. Struggled to find this info anywhere on their website looking for it myself until they direct me to it. It is nowhere obvious. So now, I have paid to date: £60 for fake perfume £19.58 freight to return the perfume to Bulgaria for a refund So I will need to waste a total of £91.58 to get the perfume back (to be at square one) or waste £79.58 to have them destroy the parcel. As you can imagine, I am furious!
