The parcel was collected exactly when stated it was posted to Australia and arrived between 8 to 10 days as promised!

Very good service to send a large (10kg) parcel to France. It was easy to arrange and included the customs declaration form needed to export to Europe now that we are out of the EU. I will definitely use this company again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PARCEL : Parcel sent via Parcelmonkey (Parcelforce service to the EU) on 14th January 2021. It has been sitting in Export hub for 1 month with no update. When contacted via their support ticket system, PM respond quite quickly and say they will look into it which I have found to be complete lies. When I called Parcelforce directly, they confirmed that no request has been lodged by PM, .... and it must be lodged by them for Parcelforce to initiate an investigation. Despite providing this revelation to PM on more than one occasion over several days, they still have not bothered to lodge a request for investigation with Parcelforce. I understand that there are delays with Brexit and COVID, however, a simple update with expected time to resolution would go a long way. Instead, they prefer to fob off customers with a combination of an auto-apology bot or their Auto-Lies bot. Cheap for sure but just not worth the hassle when something goes wrong

whilst this was by far the cheapest method of sending my 3.5kg parcel the option of d.h.l. was not the best service. no contact with a pick up time slot which meant i waited in all day for them, then the ninja delivery man left my £400 parcel outside my parents one bedroomed bungalow whilst they were home waiting for it. I appreciate this is a parcel monkey review & they cant really be held responsible for d.h.l. but on reflection maybe the cheapest isnt always the best option !!

First time we used PM - to send a parcel to Germany
Excellent...especially the process of filling in the now necessary customs declarations, the PM site is so helpful and brilliantly set up

Parcel was delivered very quickly which I was very pleased about. My one complaint is can it be made easier to find codes for goods sending abroad please I found that part very stressful.

£95 to deliver a parcel through parcel force to the US from the U.K. described as delivery in 2-4 working days... 7 working days later and still not there. My payment is still on hold from PayPal for the purchase as the parcel still hasn’t arrived! Covid disruption shouldn’t come in to this as they shouldn’t be advertising 2-4 working days.

While parcel monkey was straightforward, the service with DHL was poor. I paid for next day service and it took 5 days with no tracking updates for 4 days. I thought the parcel must be lost. Thankfully it was eventually delivered. So not parcel monkey’s fault and I know these are challenging times but this wasn’t a great overall service.

Used it to send a parcel to my parents during lockdown. Courier came on time to collect the parcel from our home (in fact he appeared hours early!) and the parcel was delivered the next day. Definitely worth it for the price. Highly recommend it.

initially the service was very good, website easy to navigate etc. however my parcel was damaged in transit. Sent photos of damage and submitted a claim form but very poor response, no phone line, no customer service. Still not resolved after a week. Will not use again.

Avoids the need have large packages priced at the post office. I found it far easier to obtain a price from Parcel Monkey from home, which seemed to be very reasonably priced amongst the various courier companies. I had to drop the parcel off but there was an option for collection by an alternative company too. All in all, a good service which I will use again.

Went with Parcel Monkey for the 1st time. Parcel went via Parcel Force. Parcel was returned back to us and written on it said Refused. The person who i sent the parcel to refused it because it was so badly damaged. I phoned Parcel Force to be told I had to go through Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey said I never paid extra for insurance. So basically were down by £170 because we didnt know that when you send a parcel without paying extra its pot look whether it arrives in 1 piece or not. Also the item was metal. So will never use them again. Actually had the nerve to say I hope this does not put you off using us again drrr.
