Parcel was picked up within the designated time span. Arrived at its destination in Ireland within 3 days. Delighted. No problems at all.

I sent a small parcel containing jewellery using Parcel Monkey along with Courier (who I will never use again) Courier scanned my small parcel and told Parcel Monkey is was a very large parcel weighing nearly 8kg. Without contacting me Parcel Money took money out of my account, without asking for the so called extra weight and size. After 2 months I am still waiting for a refund. Total joke.

Ordered 2 labels, took 4 hours to receive them. Had to poke support several times to speed things up. Was very stressful experience, as I had a small window I could use to nip out to send the parcels.

The first time weve sent anything to Europe since Brexit. Parcel shrive was fine - Customs requirements for two childrens books as presents much less so.

Not actually Parcel Monkeys fault but Parcelforce who broke the contents of the parcel which was extremely well wrapped & protected ... they must have made an extra special effort to break it !!!

Normally service is excellent. It would be improved for me of it was more easy to change or cancel a collection. Also if more services served a wide are of tge country and did not require me to print a label.

Used DPD to send a parcel to Pakistan through Parcelmonkey. Item was a gift worth £20 and the recipient was charged £20 customs !!!!

Needed to have a caravan awning delivered. Amongst the quotes generated was this:-
Total weight 28Kg one package.
24 hour door to door by Parcelforce.
Collection and delivery £25. Preston to Newcastle
It was picked up and delivered in 24hrs.
Now thats an idea of how good this company can be at competitive quotes.
Kept informed all the way through the delivery process by Parcel force.
Parcel monkey gave an unbeatable quote for the service, taking in mind the size of unit collected.
So do not hesitate, I have no reservations about using or reccomending Parcel Monkey.
You can alter the parcel size to fit large parcels, which I did.
Parcel was 110cm 420cmx450cm
Thats what I call an excellent unbeatable quote.

Used these a few times now after being recommended by a friend.Their prices are amazing especially for overseas parcels & larger heavier items.Always let you know what time they picking parcels up( no lugging to post office) Next day delivery if needed and still so cheap.Well recommended.You do need to be able to print labels at home.All Well know companies.Thank you parcel monkey.????

Using Parcel Monkey is really beneficial to our business. Their service is great. Room for improvement would be to get more accurate quotations for deliveries before actually booking them; that wastes time and with more export since Brexit we need to be as accurate as possible.

Sent a bike in a box, it was meant to be parcel force 48. (Which I assumed meant 48 hour delivery?) Booked for collection on a wed, waited but never turned up. It got collected late thurs and delivered following Monday. It got there. I guess thats about average for this country? ... plus I do live in the sticks.

Although the drop off and paperwork was good the promise of delivery to Los Angeles in 3-5 days has not happened. The parcel has not been delivered after 7 days.
