I was sending a parcel to Canada. Parcel monkey was as easy as any of the sites that I have tried to get customs forms filled in, carriers arranged and labels tinted off. Competitive prices too. Within 4 days my son had his parcel safe and sound.

Did provide competitive prices but not now. Very hard to work with when the courier has issues as theyre a third party and you can not talk directly with the courier because of this. The prices have jumped by 100% when sending from N.Ireland. Disgraceful Have set up an account with DPD who I can deal with directly if issues arise and a lot cheaper due to the price increases.

My parcel was collected on 2nd March bound for Spain. Addressed with a saved address on the parcel monkey site that has been used many times before with successful delivery. On Friday 12th March my mum said the parcel had still not arrived so I downloaded the DPD app and there was an update on 6th March saying the package was being returned to sender. The parcel Monkey website said there was a delay. I telephoned DPD and was told that my parcel was not accepted for distribution in Spain because I was a private individual sending to another individual. This is as a result of Brexit problems. I was told to await my parcel’s return and contact Parcel monkey for a refund of the nearly £20 I had paid in postage. On Friday 19th I was notified by parcel monkey that they had my parcel as it had been incorrectly addressed !! And if I wanted it sent back to me (which I do) I would have to pay an admin fee of £5 and £7 something postage for it to be returned. I had 7 days to let them know. I cannot phone and speak to anyone as there is no option to do this and despite my messaging them online they have not contacted me back. So be warned.

collected from the house, and I could follow every step of my parcel..was sending to Zambia...took 7 days including a weekend...so maybe 5. Arrived to the joy of my friend.The only problem I have is the expense but for such a service I think its worthwhile :)

Easy to follow instructions and it made easy to select the cheapest courier. The parcels were collected the next day and delivered safety.

Extremely pleased with Parcel Monkey. Easy to book and drop parcel off. Delivery was qicker than expected and my grandson received his birthday gifts in plenty of time. Would definitely recommend service.

Very happy, collected item luckily early, but I could not track the collection. I have no idea if it isnt possible, I did use the tracking details. No problems and a good price.

i had a damaged parcel. it took a while and i have not received a payment yet but they have seemed to have sorted a settlement, just awaiting the payment.

Once again you are asking for the same information. this takes incompetence to a new level. Read back the correspondence its on there five times . Keep answering with send us the pm number again really is embarrassing for your company

AVOID if you dont want money taken off your card without permission! they took money out of my card with the excuse that my parcel was half a kilo more than it was. When I disputed they confirmed a completely different weight less than stated. They refused to refund hiding behind the fact thats it was dpd that made the charge even though I sent them evidence that parcel monkey were the ones that misinformed me. After 2.5 weeks (!) of going back and forth with someone named Jessica, they were avoiding blatantly the fact that they misinformed me and took money off my bank based on wrong information and continued sending the same irrelevant template. And the issue is still NOT resolved.

It was so easy to describe my parcel and print out the label. I sent it via DPD and it arrived next day!
I was kept informed of it’s progress and so was the recipient.

Stay away dont use Parcel Monkey!!! I booked a courier and it has been with them since 9th Dec!!!!! Can you beleive it! Dont make my mistake. I wanted to send 2 medium size boxes to my family at chrismas time which never were shipped and of course they took my money immediately (almost 300GBP) they refused at fist to cancel which I asked them if you didnt ship them and you dont want to return them to me what are you planning to do? To just keep them? Of course you never get a clear answer just an apology and that they are working on it and when they answer they never read the previous emails so they reply with somthing relevant no they just reply with wrong answers things that dont relate to the current situation of yor case. Dont use them they are a rip off. Now after 3 months and a half I dont know where my stuff are and if they are going to return them which I doubt after all this time. Please stay away as far as you can!!!!

I dropped the parcel off in Sheffield on March 2nd and it has still not arrived in Spain. When I track it, it appears to be in Birmingham! I am very disappointed as the parcel has missed my daughters birthday. When I arranged the delivery the delivery time wa supposed to be 3 - 7 days. I realise this may all be due to Brexit but that doesnt help me.

I have sent a parcel with them at the beginning of February and ai still don’t have it. Most likely it got lost. I’ve contacted last week for the second time customer service and no one answered me. Awful service, I definitely don’t recommend it.

Was very convenient and I could compare, cant remember if it was easy to compare the added insurance costs which alter the total costs, but this would be handy in the summary of comparisons if it isnt already there.

Always excellent, we send around 1 - 3 parcels per day via Parcel Force. Have done so for around 12 months at least.
