Hi....very pleased with the service as my parcel arrived safely and in good time....my only comment is the pricing. I was quoted the price of postage as £7.00 but when I paid it had rocketed up to £18.00 including vat!!! Rather a big hike I think???

Where is my parcel. Parcel no EK 640862932GB. Please tell me where my parcel is. It’s supposed to be in Australia.. I paid a lot of money for a small parcel, and now it’s not been delivered. Why are there so many problems with anything to do with parcelforce. I have no numbers here to contact. Please please do not blame Covid. A very disgruntled . Mr. Kevin Rutterford.

I paid for a 24hour Courier service. I was sending pastry, it was collected from me as early as 9 a.m. yet it didnt get to the destination till 72 hours later. To say I was upset and highly disappointed will be an understatement. Dont sell service you cant deliver!

For some unknown and unexplained reason some of thr cheaper services said they wouldnt deliver or collect from our addresses so I had to pay for a more expensive option. So not pleased.

They said they advised to help but they didnt do anything. They respond publicly but they dont help at all. They charged 10 pounds extra.. We already paid 10 pounds and they said they will destroy my parcel if i dont pay extra. We will take further actions soon..

I was told at the PO that it would arrive in 4-5 days, and it’s been that long, but the tracking on the app, seems to be stuck on the same day I posted the package. No further updates.

SCAM! I wish I had read the other reviews! I sent a parcel that was under 10KG, they have just charged me £52.60 and said it weighed 78KG!!! DO NOT USE!! They now want me to provide pictures of me measuring the dimensions and weight even though they have picked up and delivered the parcel...late! I paid £17 and theyve tried to take another £52.60. Which is conviently the same as the below persons charge.....VERY DODGY

Excellent portal for package delivery. I managed to get a 3kg parcel to Australia via Parcelforce (Royal Mail) which is not offered at Post Offices. Well it is but only for an extortionate price.

I had to return a faulty single mattress by courier. It was folded in half, but was still a large item. We weighed and measured the item, entered all the relevant information into the website. It was collected and delivered in 4 days (although I chose 48 hour delivery.) Today I have received an email asking for an extra £52.60 as the “volumetric weight” equates to 33kg, even though the parcel actually weighed 6.5kg. When I was filling in the parcel form, there wasn’t any information regarding this, but today the terms near the payment have been updated adding in extra terms and conditions. They accepted, collected and delivered my parcel and are now trying to charge me extra after the transaction. I am not happy about this. I was just trying to return a faulty item, and the total courier charges actually exceed the value of the original mattress!

Appalling service - failed to deliver my parcels worth £750 each - answer problems on here like they are being dealt with - the truth of that matter is they just give you text book answers and carry on regardless - Parcel Monkey have failed to deliver my parcels worth £750 each - now they fail to return them as they are LOST!!!! and so far nearly 1 month on I am out of pocket by £1500 plus £80 shipping and you can only contact them via some message service where they fob you off - avoid this company like the plague guys as you wont get anyone to help you - and now watch the standard - "we are looking into your problem" replies after i post this....DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
