Dropped parcel into drop off point on Monday morning but the parcel wasnt delivered until Wednesday. We thought we paid for next day delivery. Previous deliveries leading up to Christmas were ALL delivered next day.

Took them over a month to get my parcel from UK to Italy. Then they have decided to send it back. It has now been 3 MONTHS since I have sent it. They are asking for me to pay for return postage when they failed to deliver in 3 MONTHS, and didnt even refund me for their useless service. AVOID.

Service was all excellent, only slight issue is the delivery driver who picked it up was a small lady who wouldnt of been able to lift the parcel. It wasnt a problem as myself and my daughter lifted it onto the van, however this may be an issue for some people.

No wonder this company is called parcel monkey...... atrocious service. Would definitely NOT recommend. Have lost a parcel to Spain. Its been over 3 months and I am constantly told lies, it’s being returned, it’s been lost, it’s been found. All I want is a refund, but utter the word refund and the service ends. The live chat is useless as is the messaging service. I send parcels abroad to family all the time. First AND last time using parcel monkey. Definitely do NOT use.

If I could give it a no stars I would.. I’ve not received my refund and they don’t reply to my messages as thats the only way I can contact them, I ordered the same parcel label x2 by accident and I want a refund for my accidental error but they just keep saying that the courtier picked it up and he did but only One and the other lady talks about processing my refund and nothing happens, honesty an awful company to get a refund!! Would NOT recommend them or use ever again! It’s an absolute joke!

I wanted my item to be cancelled and it was supposed to come to me but item went PArcelmoney depot. I already paid 10 pound for the item and they charged from me 16 pounds to send me back. They said they will destroy if I dont pay. Just stay away from them. Once you get issues they charge more money but I will not leave this money to them. I will take further actions.

Great service, good price. Sending things out to Paris to my daughter, 4kg parcel cost around £15, the post office wanted £55. Exporting to Europe is a lot more complex, more form filling because of Brexit.

My parcel was collected by Parcelforce on the arranged day, but I would have preferred to know at what time they would come. The chap who collected it was polite and cheerful. The parcel was delivered when expected too, but I had to track it myself as there was no notification that it had been delivered.
The whole experience was better than the last time I used Parcel Monkey, when there was a delay with delivery and I was worried it had gone astray.
The value was very good for the service plus insurance for contents.

Very disappointed as no reply till today. I did order the same collection twice and both times the labels received were not good as the courier could not scan. I contacted you guys asking to send the me the right one and issue the refund for another one. No reply till now. Send many emails eventually had to send my parcel back with another service. Can someone refund me for both purchases each £10.78. Thanks
