I always use parcel monkey now ,it’s so easy to do ,there’s no stress of having to go to the post office .They give you a time when they pick the parcel up and every time I’ve used them the parcel has arrived the very next day .Also there prices are very reasonable,so yes I do recommend them .Thankyou parcel monkey great service and great prices

I followed the promises of Parcel Monkey to deliver a parcel to Vietnam in 5 to 6 days. I delivered the parcel to a drop off on 5 Feb. Today, 28 Feb, the dpd track my parcel site says that iti s still stuck in Singapore awaiting transit to Vietnam. Frankly this is appalling. Even accepting for lunar new year and covid restrictions, I would have hoped at least for some message explaining the delay. Thats the problem when you pay. Nobody cares afterwards

Fantastic price and used parcel force to deliver. Biggest difference to other parcel companies is that the insurance for expensive items is a lot less.

Seems to work well with couriers. An email to confirm delivery would be a bonus and save continually checking. Otherwise a good service.

My parcel left the collection point almost as soon as I checked it in. Unfortunately, I didnt know it had arrived at its destination so speedily because the online address on the tab refused to state anything other than the parcel had not entered the system. Possibly not your fault? In the end, we checked the number via another way into DPDs website, only to discover parcel had arrived 2 days earlier!

I have used Parcel Monkey for years to ship parcels from the UK to my daughter and grandson in Colorado. They have never let me down, even through Covid-19. They offer a brilliant service with very reasonable rates and a good choice of carriers. Completely trustworthy, parcels arrive in one piece and cared for. Great service.

Simple service if everything goes ok. TOTAL CROOKS if there is a problem. They take an item worth £99 charge £17.03 to ship it. Lose it, take months to so called resolve the issue through an investigation with DPD, then when they are proved liable, refund £17.03. What happened to the £99 for the item. They admitted losing it, or rather letting it get stolen. Not a trustworthy company. Avoid as they are just brokers. Pay the extra and go direct with a main courier. Just for info DPD Local are run by Parcel to Go and NOT DPD. Had similar problems with them. Avoid these crooks as well. As a business, I send many items out and neither of these will be getting any more business from me.

A very simple site to use. I have used Parcel Monkey UK for the first time and It was simple to use. It searches the best deals compared to direct aces to the major businesses.
All the documentation can be processed at once including the labels for parcels.
I have used the site to send packages to the US with ease! I highly recommend Parcel Monkey UK

Damaged item delivered , complaint put in awaiting compensation

Absolute nightmare to deal with. After months and I mean months they still hadnt delivered our parcel. First they had to locate it.. then it was damaged and they could no longer ship it. Then they were returning it well that hasnt happened either! Then they message saying they want more information off us, so we comply give them everything they ask for then radio silence .. nothing no response until you complain again then they send you the exact same message saying they need more information!!! Not once but twice .. the exact same message in the last week. They say they will sort it but NO ONE does .. its beyond a joke now. And the kicker is they offer insurance and even though they have admitted its damaged we cant claim our insurance as the case is still ongoing.. ie package undelivered. REALLY PARCEL MONKEY THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. ITS FRADULANT to offer an insurance policy that you wont act upon because YOU yourselves havent delivered or returned the item.
